Wonderfully Charming Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Condo!

This charming condo boasts oceanfront views, easy walking access to the beach via a private dune walkover, swimming pool, and is close to so much more. It is a short 10 minute drive to the Old City. Forty five minutes puts you into Jacksonville to the North and Daytona Beach to the South. It's just 2 hours to Orlando, and an hour to Gainesville as well!
This is a "King" Beachers Lodge 50% larger than most Beachers lodge condos.
The condo itself is wonderfully decorated with coastal charm, and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked for your small meals, the bedroom has all new linens and pillows, and cable tv and wifi are included as well.
There are shared grilling areas, room to bring your small trailer (bike week please!), and dog walking areas on the property. There are also several excellent dining choices within five minutes of the condo, and some outstanding shopping options within the same area.
Dogs up to 40lbs ok with approval, and additional cleaning fee.

Everything was Great! It was in a really good location, the place was immaculate. We were really comfortable and the ocean front balcony was perfect. Our host was accommodating, which was great becauae our flight was delayed over two hours and when I called, they said no problem and made arrangements for us to get the keys and information we needed.It was a pleasant experience, and they made our trip stress free.

The balcony had beautiful ocean views. The condo was clean and just as pictured. This was the first time we traveled with our pet and the complex was very pet friendly and everyone there was so nice. The entire area around the complex is pet friendly as well. We enjoyed taking our dog at St George street shopping and dining . They even had a dog menu to order from for our pet. The only snag we hit was picking up the keys on arrival as they were not in the packet and we had to contact the property manager and wait for him to arrive. Overall the condo, location and view were perfect. We will definitely be back. Loved this location.

We had a great time during our 3-day stay. 4th Floor unit with one bedroom and one kitchen/living space. Perfect for two adults and a dog. Very clean and equipped as needed. Wonderful balcony with excellent beach views. Nice community pool and walk-over to beach. Very pet friendly condo and very pet friendly beach. Key pickup and dropoff were very easy.

Comfortable unit, excellent view, and great location! Lots of places within walking distance, and very close to key pick up. Pool and access to the beach were great, and the ability to bring along our dog was wonderful. Beacher's has nice little pet walk area, and a smoking area (if needed). Unit was well stocked with bedding, kitchen accessories, and even some beach items. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and riding the waves. Hope we can come back soon!

Great location and condo we loved it. Only issues were the bedroom ceiling fan didn't work which is needed in the Florida heat and tvs would not connect to apps Netflix etc. Absolutely would stay again. Very minor problems when on the beach as we're not in the room very much.

Great location with cleanliness issues

The owner of the property has attempted to remodel the property. The location is great, beautiful view, on a great beach. Our issues were with the cleanliness of the condo. The shower had to be cleaned before we could use it. The air conditioner had a layer of dust all over the grill. Every time it Kicked on, I couldn’t help but think about the quality of the air. I was breathing. We checked out one day early and sent a message to the manager about our concerns. It has been over a week and we have not received any correspondence from the manager.

The overall condo was ok. The balcony was the best part. Great views. The furniture in the condo was not comfortable at all. The loveseat was the only couch and was not big enough for both me and my husband to sit on. And it was very uncomfortable. The bedroom was good had a big king size bed. The kitchen needed more pots and pans for cooking. The trashcan looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile and was pretty disgusting to use. There also needs a better broom to clean the floor. The only broom was very old and worn out that did not really sweep up much.

Perfect for what we needed. Small place but very cute. My only suggestion would be that the door needs a deadbolt lock. Just having the basic lock did not seem very safe.

To pay a mandatory cleaning fee and to walk into a dirty floor with someone else’s hair was somewhat disconcerting. We were asked to do all of the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, which I would do anyway, but these rules with fees charged anyway seem to be getting a little out of hand. Beautiful view of the ocean..too bad it was raining our entire stay :(

Crescent Beach Happy

The Condo is what it needs to be: 1-on beach, 2-great view, 3-clean & critter-free. Nice decor. Stove, oven & microwave all work great. The balcony furniture is great. No dishwasher but limited dish detergent not happy about that. If you want renters to wash dishes you should provide detergent! Floors could use a good deep steam cleaning. But they seem clean. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioning is fine. The tv is connected into the outlet that is on same circuit as overhead light, had to use extension cord to plug it into other outlet and turned off the overhead light for night tv viewing. Overall great experience.

Great location

The rental location was great for us. It appeared clean. The host was poor to respond to any questions prior to our arrival. We did not receive check in info and had to call the host. The office to receive the keys is not onisght but not far from rental. The air conditioner unit that provides air to the living room, outside portion is on the balcony and is loud. But, the unit did provide adequate coolness to the room. The view is great. Just FYI, this rental is not friendly for anyone with poor mobility or for the use of a wagon to take stuff to the beach due to stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to location and the view.
