On the main level there is a large air-conditioned living room with shimmering colours and soft sofas. A semi-enclosed office space separates the spacious living area from the dining room, which welcomes you and your guests around its rectangular wooden table near the well-equipped kitchen. All this great room is air-conditioned and can be closed by the large glass windows but you can also enjoy the open airy atmosphere with the cool St-Barths breezes.

On the expansive terrace, guests enjoy a panoramic view over the ocean, next to the heated infinity swimming pool. Facing the wonderful St-Barths sunsets, the terrace is the very perfect place for a drink in the outdoor lounge, or on the deck chairs.

Two equivalent bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, while the master bedroom overlooks the outdoor terrace from the main level. The fourth bedroom is on the lower floor; it is an independent apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area and a bedroom opening onto the panoramic view.
