The home sits along a natural cliff shoreline, so there is no direct lake access. Beaches and walking paths are just minutes away.

HOUSE RULES:

Our rules are pretty straight-to-the-point. Some are backed by the city`s laws, and not following them could mean big fines, losing demerit points, or even waving goodbye to our short-term rental license. We don`t joke around with these bylaws and house rules, and we`re thankful for your understanding and cooperation

• No parties or events are permitted on the property.
• No more than 8 adults are allowed on the property without prior approval.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• A maximum of 4 cars are permitted in the driveway (City bylaw).
• Street parking is not allowed (strictly enforced bylaw).
• Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a limit of 2. There is a 50 dollar charge per pet per stay.
. For all bookings if cancellation is required, the processing fee will not be refunded.


COTTAGE Registration:

After booking confirmation, a `Cottage Booking Registration` will be sent to you via email, which must be completed and returned prior to arriving for the booking. This is a mandatory requirement enforced by the town, not us.

Our team will inform you via chat once it has been sent. Depending on your check-in date, the contract issuance may take a few days to a few weeks.
