The heart of the home is a massive open-plan ground floor. It seamlessly combines a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining space—ideal for gathering everyone together for slow breakfasts or relaxing movie nights after a day in the surf.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms spread across two floors, there is plenty of room for up to 8 guests and absolutely zero morning queues for the shower!

Ground Floor — Bedroom 1: Cozy Double Bed (perfect for guests preferring to avoid stairs) with access to a convenient downstairs shower room & WC.

First Floor — Bedroom 2 (Master): Comfortable Double Bed featuring its own private En-Suite shower room.

First Floor — Bedroom 3: Comfortable Double Bed.

First Floor — Bedroom 4: Twin Bedroom (2 x Single Beds).

Family Bathroom: An additional full family bathroom on the first floor with a bath.

When staying at Atlantic 25, you get plenty of free on-site perks, including unlimited access to the resort’s outdoor children's play areas, tennis courts, the Teen Den games arcade, open green spaces, and entry to the Manor Arms pub (which features fantastic seasonal live music!).

If you want to pack even more adventure into your stay, a wide variety of premium activities can be booked and paid for directly at the resort reception. This includes entry to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the gym and fitness classes, the adults-only wellness sauna and ice baths, Pirate Pete’s soft play, and seasonal attractions like mini-golf, Laser Tag, Segway safaris, and the epic giant Slip and Slide!

Food & Drink on Site: Skip cooking and walk to the "Manor Arms" pub and restaurant (featuring live music throughout July & August), grab a morning coffee at the indoor café, or visit "The Hut" for traditional Cornish pasties, ice cream, and milkshakes.

Day Trips Made Easy: Located just off the A30, you can easily reach the culinary hubs of Padstow, the city of Truro, the Eden Project, or Land's End.

Guests will enjoy exclusive, full access to the entire semi-detached house, complete with self-check-in via a secure lockbox. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Free parking is available on the premises right near the home.

Important Note on Resort Facilities
To ensure full transparency before you book: Use of the holiday park's leisure facilities (such as the indoor/outdoor swimming pools and gym) is not included with this property. Day passes will soon be purchasable on site in 2026 - ask for details.

However, you will enjoy full, free access to the estate's open grounds, children’s play areas, the Manor Arms pub, the café, and the restaurant!
