Family Fun #13 is a beautiful townhome that has three stories with a connected kitchen, dining, patio area, and family room on the main floor that boasts a 75-inch smart TV with 85+ channels of free YouTube TV and all the apps you need to choose your favorite entertainment. A large garage is also on the main floor allowing for either parking or storage of a car, recreation vehicle, bikes, or equipment. The second floor has three king master suites with their own master bath and a 50-inch smart TV—perfect for couples who want their own space. The third floor is the place to send the kids with a shared bathroom, a king bedroom, and a bunk room that has two full-over-full bunk beds that sleep 8. Both bedrooms have a 50-inch smart TV in them. Also on the third floor is a media room with a 55-inch smart TV and a large deck to soak up the sun. There are three balconies in each unit that provide gorgeous desert views!
