Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
Check-in was a problem, as the cleaning wasn’t done when we arrived (laundry everywhere, dirty floors, unmade beds), after the listed checkin time. The owner asked me to leave when I contacted him, and said it would be done in time for me to bring back cold groceries, he would let me know as soon as it was ready. More than an hour and a half later, and only after I reached out to him, he let me know it was ready, which derailed birthday plans for our daughter, let alone the inconvenience after a long drive.The property itself was in decent shape, and the kids had fun in the pool. Some of the stocked sun-dried (paper towels, pool towels, etc) were a little in short supply, but we made do. The bathtub wasn’t draining at first, but within a few hours, the owner had someone address that.It was also strange that the owner’s van (pictured in photos in the townhome) was stored in the best parking at the building, one of the only three covered stalls for three units.
