Welcome to 'Don't Worry Beach Happy'!

This charming, pet-friendly* 3BR/2BA beach bungalow can be found in a quiet neighborhood with easy beach and bay access, a private swimming pool and complimentary golf cart use included with every stay!

Enjoy a family movie on the large, Smart TV with streaming options in the comfortably furnished living room, or sit outside on the furnished, covered deck - a relaxing spot to listen for the waves rolling in.

The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a convenient walk-in pantry for food storage. The nearby dining table with roadside view seats 6-7 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.

The Master King suite with private bathroom is located at the end of the hall, just across from the Queen bedroom that overlooks the private swimming pool. The third bedroom would make a great children’s room with 2 double beds and beachy décor. All bedrooms have a Smart TV for your entertainment.

The guest bathroom with tub/shower combination can be found just past the main living area, next to the laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, Pack-n-Play, highchair and small dog kennel which are available for guest use.

Spend the day swimming and sunning at your own private swimming pool with a tanning ledge, a unique feature that allows you to cool off and relax in the sun on a shallow underwater bench. Add pool heat or chill to your stay for a $350 + tax fee per week!

Bonus Beach Gear includes complimentary use of an SUP board, 2 single kayaks, beach cart and a GOLF CART! (Guests must sign a waiver for kayak and golf cart use, only drivers with a valid drivers license are authorized to drive a golf cart on St. George Island).

Additional outdoor amenities include under-house concrete parking, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink and park-style charcoal grill.

A short 4-minute walk or 1-minute drive will take you to the nearest community beach boardwalk or you can enjoy a quick 3-minute golf cart ride to the center of the Island to enjoy the shops, restaurants and Lighthouse Park, just over 1 mile away from the property.
