It's all about location with this condo near the beach! Guests can spend the day exploring, boating, and sailing, then shower off at the outdoor shower and relax in the shared community pool. The fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking for everyone a breeze - but you can always cook up on the shared charcoal grill as well. At the end of it all, tuck into one of the queen beds or up in the loft.

The beach is just a few steps from this home, as is a selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The beautiful St. George Island Lighthouse is located in the middle of the island just under a mile away. St. George Island State Park is a short nine mile drive away, offering beautiful beaches, sand dunes, and salt marshes. Enjoy the local seafood from one of the many eateries or catch your own dinner aboard one of the many local fishing charters.

You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!



Other Things to Note:

REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.

SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.

FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.

FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.

COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.

POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!

RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.

AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.

RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.

BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.

LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.

PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.

THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

Is there any food in the vacation home? No. All open food products including salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning and coffee are thrown out after every check-out.

Is there an ice maker on the property? No, every unit has a refrigerator with an ice maker

Is there daily housekeeping service? No.

Is the pool heated? No.

Is there a crib? No. Crib Rental Companies: Crib Connection, Beach Baby. Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to guest arrival

Is children day care or nanny service available? No, if you need someone to watch an elder or children, you can contact “Nurse or Nanny home health”

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM

What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.

Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.

CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.



Interaction with Guests:

ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

Gulf Get-a Way

Location was very good. Across one street from beach. Boardwalk right in front of unit. Pool was clean with plenty of tables and chairs. Two bedrm, two bath unit w/ loft w/ additional bed. Dining area was a little small, w/ stools at the kitchen counter. But was fine for the 3 of us. All units on ground floor. Called maint for chirping smoke alarm and loose stove handle. Maint Tech came right over and fixed. Would stay there again.

Location was nice would not stay there again

Location of the property was great so close to the beach but that being said we should have been told that just because our unit was smoke-free and no pets allowed we did not know that right next-door you could have animals. So the dogs were in our common area, where we wanted to sit and look at the water, also, they were not good about cleaning up after their dogs regarding their waist. Also, the pool area was not clean at all. The furniture was in terrible shape, and had not been cleaned and the pool had not been cleaned cents was falling down, and there were ant hills everywhere in between the bricks were you were to walk to get into the pool Did not use that at all. That being said the kitchen was clean appliances worked and were clean bathrooms were clean but needing updating and cleaned a little better walls mainly and molding around the tub needed to be replaced. Hot water heater worked well so did the air conditioner would I stay there again in that condo no I do not want to be right next to dogs when I’m trying to relax and look out at the ocean nor do I want to smell their waist .
