guests, making it ideal for families or small groups seeking a peaceful
getaway. This villa has a solar inverter with back-up batteries for a
complete off the grid lifestyle.

The villa features three cosy bedrooms, each with its unique amenities.
The master bedroom boasts a fireplace, en-suite bathroom, balcony, and
a comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedroom two offers an extra-length
double bed, balcony access, and shares a bathroom, while bedroom three
features two 3-quarter beds, a balcony, and access to the shared
bathroom facilities.

General features include internet access, a spacious lounge area with
stunning sea views, and a television for entertainment. Guests can also
enjoy secure parking, an indoor fireplace, and towels provided for
added convenience. The villa is family-friendly and suitable for guests
of all ages.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a fridge,
stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, and kettle. A washing
machine is also available for guest use.

Entertainment options abound with TVs in the master bedroom and lounge,
as well as internet access throughout the villa. The lounge area is
perfect for relaxing, while the dining room offers balcony access and
ample seating for enjoying meals together.

The highlight of Blueberry Villa is undoubtedly its spectacular views
of the bay and the sea below. Guests can soak in the scenery from the
large and spacious balcony, complete with an outdoor dining table and
braai facilities. The house is bathed in natural light, with large
windows and fold-up glass doors showcasing the magnificent Atlantic
Ocean.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 20 Blueberry Drive, Blue Berry Hill, St Helena Bay

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
