Overall, the location of the apartment is excellent, and the pool area is both beautiful and well-maintained. However, I encountered several issues during my stay that warrant attention. Firstly, the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectations, particularly in areas such as the worktops, behind the hob, and the floors Additionally, there was a significant problem with the refrigerator, which failed to maintain a consistent temperature, resulting in spoiled food. Although I communicated this issue to the hostIt was not addressed until four days before my departure, when the fridge was finally replaced. We provided a list of the spoiled food. These were not replaced.I recommend that guests bring their own towels, as the provided towels are mismatched and of subpar absorbency. Furthermore, the apartment would greatly benefit from the installation of air conditioning in the main living space and kitchen, as the current lighting is inadequate. Although floor lamps are available, they do not significantly enhance illumination and contribute additional heat in a hot environmentThe smaller bedroom lacks natural daylight, and there is noticeable noise from restaurant staff and furniture movement particularly between 6:30am a 11:00pm. Additionally, the bathroom features cracked tiles on the splashback, and some fixtures are loose, which require maintenance; outside furniture including soft furnishings. The Vista Mare listing lacks accuracy.
