Enjoy the best waterfront view in town with access to a hammock, wifi, hanging swing, porch swing, bbq grill, huge yard, and giant concrete patio all looking up river!
Thereâs a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If youâre patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one!
A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan.
Non smoking/clean air property.
đ For weddings or other events, please inquire about event pricing/arrangements! Events/gatherings are not allowed unless approved beforehand and every guest is accounted for đ
This is a wide-open private studio located just outside of town, nestled right on the riverfront. You can open the curtains to welcome in tons of natural light and a beautiful view of the river. The curtains also work efficiently to block out the light, when closed, if your goal is to watch Netflix or simply get some much-needed rest.
One Queen hybrid mattress bed (purchased 2024) with full dresser is provided so you can store your things away and feel right at home.
The second Queen memory foam mattress bed (purchased 2025) is simple but super comfy so youâre sure to get a good nightâs rest.
If you would like to hang your things, no worries... a small closet is here for your convenience to keep your clothes wrinkle-free.
In the living room, a hide-a-bed couch sits in front of your view up river and a large smart tv, capable of logging into any of your subscriptions, so you donât have to worry about missing any of your favorite shows.
Next to the living room is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. In the morning, brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee with the provided coffee and coffee maker.
Outside, you will find a huge concrete patio and all the things you need to relax and enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the river or a campfire under the stars including a huge fire pit.
Firewood is available for purchase on site(provided by a local retired farmer).
If needed, there is a laundry room located in the hallway of this duplex.
Both units have access to this laundry room so all we ask is that you please be courteous of that.
If you use appliances, dirty dishes, or make a mess, please clean, dry, and return them how they were. The maid will take care of normal maid duties such as general wipe down, sweeping, washing towels and linens, etc. Thank you for respecting this home as if it were your own đđŒ
You have access to the entire west duplex(closest to the river and the parking space). The right side parking space in the driveway is yours and there is plenty of parking on the road if needed as well.
Out of town, end of the road, and amazing view of the river and stars.
Plenty of room for parking and friendly neighbors. Feel free to make friends with the neighbors if you see them outside. They will treat you like family.
Picking up/cleaning up messes aside from normal maid duties is appreciated đđŒ
Damage deposit is $500. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.
This is a clean air property... Due to allergies, there is no smoking, burning candles, or any kind of air pollutants allowed.
In order to keep maid fees low, please clean up any abnormal messes you make. There are cleaning supplies in the hallway as well as under the sink. The maid cleans sheets, towels, takes out the trash, sweeps, mops, and wipes down.
If you make a mess in the oven, stove, refrigerator, or microwave, please clean it up. You are responsible for cleaning anything outside of the normal maid services listed above.
If you want maid service in between your stay, please contact airbnb landlord to arrange.
The maid will charge additional cleaning fees if excessive messes are left behind(this has actually never been an issue)
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
Please make sure they do not get on the beds or furniture. We strive to keep this place as clean as possible so we do appreciate your help in making sure itâs suitable for the next guest without the need for extensive cleaning of stains, mud, dog hair, or other things.
The temperature control is in the hallway. It is set on 70.
Please make sure the temp is set back to 70 when youâre not there/when you leave(providing you adjust it). Fans are provided but please turn them off when youâre not home as well as the tv.
Please do not park in the grass. Please park in the designated spot or park where there is gravel or pavement.
