Stiff Mattress, great location

Cons: The mattresses in both rooms were hard as a rock, thankfully the couch was softer. Had to deep clean the jacuzzi before using. Be careful there are two huge wasp nests on the side of the building. Tenant not allowed to used clothes washer. AC unit full of cotton, needs cleaned.Pros: Love how close to the river and to town!!! Decent kitchen with some utensils and cookware. Decently clean with a fresh scent and linens. Fast internet.

Amazingly beautiful property! As we travel to show our kids the states we couldnt have picked a better place for them to experience the serenity of nature! The inside was gorgeous and very clean! Any questions we had Anthony was quick to answer and was super polite! From a family who travels alot this is top 3 one of the best stays ive had! Thank you Anthony for providing a great stay my kids will always remember!

For all the extra charges: We had 5 people, it says it sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms. That implies a pull out bed from couch which it did not have. 1 slept on couch and no bedding to accompany it. Washer/dryer is in the listing as an amenity and there is a note that says “not for tenet use”. Listing notes paper towels and kitchen towels, neither of which were there. Backyard with big lot dirt, not the grass in the picture. We had a good time, it was very clean but for the price we paid, wish it was listed accurately on how many it sleeps and its amenities.

Meeting from Des Moines and Omaha to celebrate Kim’s Birthday and our 30 years of friendship.Nice and quiet with some scenery is what we wanted while we did some watercolor painting, talking, and eating take out.

Great option versus motel! River view, excellent, backyard tidiness could’ve been better, seems septic drain issues with standing water. We enjoyed the solitude, moseying river view and I would refer!

Boating weekend!

Perfect location, right on the river. We caught channel catfish off the boat ramp. Public boat ramp worked great for our big boat- 2 miles away. Ac worked great as it was super hot!
