The room features a queen-size bed, fresh linens, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. Stay entertained with a flat-screen standard TV and WiFi. A mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker add convenience, and a digital safe is provided for peace of mind. Drinkable tap water is available.



Please note that the rooms do not have windows. The glass door shown in the photos is the room’s entrance, and it opens directly onto the patio.



The private en-suite bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer, available upon request at the hotel reception.

- Taxis: Readily available, but it's best to confirm fares before starting your ride, as they do not use meters.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests must climb stairs at the property. There are some steps leading to the units and in the pool area.

- Guests must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are welcome, but they must register at the reception and may not stay overnight.

- On-site parking is not available. There is a parking lot adjacent to Carambola Hotel available for a fee of $5 USD per day per vehicle. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

- Guests agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty. Please ask the front desk for assistance regarding the designated smoking area.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except during cleaning times. We ask guests to allow the pool technician to complete their tasks without disturbance. Towels are available at the front desk. Please note that there are no lifeguards on duty; therefore, exercise caution, and ensure that children are accompanied by an adult when using the pool.

- Beach towels are complimentary, but please note that a US$45 fee will apply if they are not returned upon checkout.

- Kindly rinse off any sand at the poolside shower before entering your room.

- There is a $25 USD fee if the keycard is not returned to reception.

- Guests staying 5–7 nights receive a complimentary mid-stay cleaning with linen change. There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk at least 24 hours in advance to schedule the service.

- Laundry service is available for $10 USD per standard load (up to 7 kg) with next-day pickup. Please visit the front desk for assistance.

- Carambola Hotel is available to assist with local attractions, dining reservations, transportation arrangements, event tickets, and more. They can also provide maps and guidebooks for self-guided tours around the city. Please visit the front desk for assistance or for any general inquiries.

- In case of an emergency, please follow the evacuation routes posted throughout the hotel and contact the front desk immediately. Emergency contact numbers and procedures are available in the guest room directories. The hotel staff is trained to handle emergencies and will provide instructions if necessary.

- Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals and late departures.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property, and the keys will be available at the reception. However, if you arrive after 9:00 PM, you will receive an access code to enter. Please remember to stop by the reception the following day to complete your registration.
