As you walk into this glamorous apartment you will feel how this carefully designed space lives up to it’s name. An open layout of about 800 square feet, fully equipped kitchen offers Italian cabinetry, Quartz countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a Keurig with reusable pots to enjoy coffee, toaster and a small blender.

For the cooking pioneer, there is a charming nook section to serve your food, hang out with full privacy, or do some work for any business traveler. The living room area is carefully decorated to make you feel at home with unique lighting and includes hand-picked artwork that will bring the place to life as you watch your favorite streaming platform on the 50” smart TV’s.

As you enter the rooms you will feel the overall warmth and charm and will enjoy luxurious organic cotton sheets, soft & firm pillows and the most comfortable memory foam Tuft and Needle mattress to ensure a good night sleep. The rooms are equipped with 37” smart TV’s.

Two beautiful modern bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower. Toiletries are provided for your convenience should you need them.

Perfect property to recharge your batteries

We were in St Pete for a family reunion on the beach. As we all know, a full day with the extended family is wonderful but tiring. This property was clean, quiet, and cosy which was perfect to “recharge our batteries” each night and be ready to enjoy the next day.

Not a true 2 bedroom

Was listed as 2 bedroom, don’t believe it’s considered a bedroom, without a closet, but there were NO closets, not only in the bedroom, but anywhere in the home to keep clothes. Very difficult staying for any length of time. Home was very well kept, and the hosts were very receptive and couldn’t have been more pleasant.

Wonderful Break

The property was clean and tidy and exactly as listed. The owners were awesome! They responded quickly to questions and all of their local recommendations were excellent. The location was easy to navigate to the highlights of St. Pete. Everything in the apartment was stylish and very comfortable. It was easy for our family of five to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

The name says it all!

This place was excellent! As soon as I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised with the smell of a freshly cleaned apartment and cool air on a hot Florida day. The place was impeccable and every detail had been thought out. I was visiting with my 3 year old and was impressed that kids dishes were stocked as well as an outdoor kids table and chairs. Although the place is small you would never know. The hosts have done a phenomenal job maximizing the space and making it light, bright and comfortable. I felt 100% relaxed in this space. My husband, who almost always finds a flaw, also complimented the space. The decor was amazing and the hosts clearly did not cut any corners when stocking and furnishing. We will certainly return!

Lovely and clean place

This was the first time we got an place with Vrbo and I am so glad we went with this lovely apartment, just about 5 minutes from the beach by car. Everything was spotless and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment so cozy. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it.

Quite a Find!

This little apartment has so much charm and appeal! From the modern touches to the eclectic accents it’s fun and relaxing at the same time. There is a full size washer and dryer which is great when coming home from the beach. All of the appliances are top notch and the beds are super comfortable too. It’s the perfect size for 2-4 people. If you want to use any of the beach chairs and cooler make sure to request those ahead of time. It’s not noted in the description but the owners were on top of it and got what we needed quickly. They are great communicators! The courtyard area is also so charming. Coffee outside in the morning or wine at night. It’s so peaceful and quiet. We had no issues with any of the other guests. Everyone was respectful of each other. There is so much to do in St. Petersburg which is only minutes away. Several white sandy beaches are close so you don’t have to go far. Plenty of shopping and fun all around! We will most definitely be back. Thank you again Natalia & Yuri! Your little complex is just the perfect place for vacation!

Just perfect!!

Where do I begin. Communications with the host were a delight. She was so friendly and helpful. The condo was beautifully appointed. All furniture and appliances impeccable. The area was upscale and clean and we felt very safe. It’s only 7 min to the beach and a Publix around the corner. We highly recommend this place, we are definitely going back.
