Relaxed Holiday in Madeira Beach

We really enjoyed our vacation in Unit 405 of the Skyline of Madeira. Easy check in already before 3 pm. large and well furnished apartment with balcony with great views of the bay. The wifi worked smoothly. We did not use the pool, we preferred to go to the beach. John's Pass Village & Bordwalk is within easy walking distance and is an experience. The only negative was the BBQ grill. After 4 days of fast food in Orlando we were happy about delicious barbecues. Unfortunately, there is only one grill for 18 units and it was completely dirty. There was also no grill brush available. We then lost our appetite and we fried something in the kitchen. In addition, the grill was also no lighting available, so that a barbecue after sunset would not have been possible. The booking and correspondence with Valerie went quickly and smoothly.

Great Location and Great Views

I'm giving our stay 5 stars based on the location of the property, (its near the beach, John's pass and a great coffee on the first floor), it's cleanliness and the host's timely communication. However, there were a couple blips with our stay. The dryer was not working, and we were unable to dry two loads of we laundry at the condo. Also, the parking is not ideal during the day. We were unsure if its due to the coffee shop in the building or if people were parking for free and walking to the beach. The parking seemed to clear out in the evening but could be a challenge to find an open spot during the day. Overall, I would recommend this property if you are looking for a great place to stay in Madeira Beach!

It was very clean and in a great location. Some beach items readily available ranging from an umbrella, to chairs, noodles, a cooler, and sand toys. Cable, beds were comfy, beautiful view, pool & small dock. AC was crisp and cool. Unfortunately the picnic dock w/ grill in pictures was in disrepair and unavailable for use. I do wish that the dock and pool were open after sundown/10pm as we were unable to enjoy those things once our children went to bed & I could not fish with my small children present due to the small size of the dock. Umbrellas & any amount of shade at the pool would have been great too. Had issues drying my clothes in one go the dryer is very full of lint. Prepare to buy toilet paper, dish soap, & bring detergent and bath and body supplies. The dishwasher and coffee maker was a lifesaver. I would have been happier with child locks on the sink cabinet containing chemical cleaners. My hands were too full with children and family during the trip to bother our host. The interactions we did have were very positive. It was a great, clean unit with everything we needed appliance wise and a great view. Very short walk to the beach. The coffee shop below is very good. If you are coming from far away leave in ample time to make your first day. We missed the entire first day of our room due to so many mishaps on our 11 hour turned 18 hour drive. But I’m grateful we entered to the unit we did!

Great little place for our little family

Came for a quick trip between Christmas and New Years. While there were a few issues related to the hurricane aftermath, John was very responsive and supportive. We would come back once everything is up and running again.

Memorable Family Vacation

My family had an amazing time during our stay! We had an early flight into the area and John allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful as it was a very hot day and we had an suv full of luggage and 5 worn out travelers. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and exactly as described. There were beach towels available as well as chairs, umbrellas and a variety of other beach/pool toys. The coffee shop downstairs was great and an ice cream shop just a short distance away. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to book again during our next trip. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property!

Mother/Daughter trip

My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was in a perfect location with 2 restaurants attached to the building-Mad Beach Poke and Sweet Brewnette's. Mad Beach Poke was very good. We didn't get a chance to try Sweet Brewnette's. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The beach access was right across the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find coolers, beach umbrellas, chairs and even a beach cart in the condo. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We saw manatees 3 out of our 4 days there right off the dock! We also saw dolphins one day from our balcony! The condo building itself was nice and quiet and parking was never an issue. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. My daughter and I had a wonderful girls' trip and we would come back to this condo in a heartbeat!! Thank-you for a wonderful getaway! I'm so happy I found this place!

Excellent experience!

Property exceeded expectations. Can't beat the location and the view from back deck. Many things in walking distance. The beach is across the street. It's clean white sand and water is warm and crystal clear. It was also not very crowded. We were fortunate to have hot sunshine every day! I hope to make this a yearly travel spot going forward.
