We had an amazing time on our trip! The house was very clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was very close to the beach & only a 1.5 hour drive to Disney which we did for a day. Kids loved the pool & the outdoor space and I personally loved the lemon tree! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Largo.

Thanks Joe and Sonia for hosting our family of five for a week. The home location and outdoor patio area did not disappoint (although there are a few items to address). The home was very clean, tidy, and stocked with neccessry supplies for all the major appliances provided. Appreciated the indoor and outdoor Roku TVs.The location was ideal to access Clearwater to Pass-A-Grille, with a short drive to Gulf Blvd. The neighborhood is extremely quiet.Items of improvement:-Patio door to living area does not lock, which was our biggest negative.-Hot tub function does involve opening and closing valves and turning on the circulation pump. After reading the instructions, we called Joe shortly after arriving and he stopped over very promptly to explain how to operate the hot tub. A must call for guests to feel comfortable operating the hot tub and pool.-Beach gear including towels, chairs, wagon, small cooler, umbrella, and fishing rods are available but umbrella is not in good shape and a chair is broke.-Gas grill not in working order.-Flattop griddle needs a good seasoning and cleaning, as surface is rusty.Suggestions to add - just a couple creature comforts which we improvised to make due:-Pizza pan-Baking sheet-Garage door opener was noted to be on counter, but never found it. We messaged Joe as this wasn't a big issue to us.All in all, a reasonably priced home with many great amenities. A great alternative to more expensive beachfront options.

Perfect Paradise!

This property is amazing! Joe and Sonia are wonderful hosts who have provided the basic necessities to make your vacation plans run seamlessly! The pool and hot tub were favorites of ours. We loved that you can control the temperature on the hot tub. We also went to Indian Rocks Beach, which we loved for the shallow waters and small crowds, as well as Clearwater Beach, which was more touristy but very beautiful. We made a day of fun at Busch Gardens (go at the end of August on a rainy day, it was so dead we were able to walk on every coaster!). Shopping was close by. Everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We will definitely look you up again if we head back to the area.

Great Vacation Rental

The home was in a quiet neighborhood and offered all the comforts of home. Although we went to the beach nearby, the private pool and outside patio was the place we spent most of our time relaxing. The host was prompt to answer any questions and address a minor maintenance problem. We will definitely look for this rental as an option in future travels to the area.

Joe and Sonia were great hosts and their house was just as described and was a peaceful and enjoyable time by all of us. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with the kids and us adults! Beautiful home!!

We rented this beautiful home For a getaway with my 2 children, their spouses and our little dachshund for 8 days.(6 of us) Lots of room, Perfect Location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Clearwater, several shopping centers, including grocery stores and Costco. The home is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen that overlooks the living room and pool/hot tub. Patio had a grill, TV, music and plenty of place to eat outside. 2 bathrooms and washer dryer, kitchen stocked with all you need. We went to 4 beaches, Clearwater North (takes dogs) Clearwater South, Indian Rocks Beach, also Anna Maria Island. Indian Rock was by far the nicest, and lots of room for all of us. Clearwater south and Anna Maria fun, but touristy. Host was quick and attentive with any questions we had, gave us suggestions for dinner and when we messaged if they had an air pump for some blowups for the pool he brought 1 over for us! Been to Clearwater a few times, loved this place and would stay again! Also have mention the most delicious restaurant we ate was at The salty crab bar and grill North Beach!

Great house. We visited with two small kids and this property is awesome for kids. One level, no stairs, pool is safely not accessible through heavy doors. House was safe and clean. We were disappointed that the spa wouldn’t get up to temperature the first couple nights. We were staying during those handful of weeks when Florida got cold overnight. Host was responsive to help with the situation. Highly recommended in the spring and summer months!
