Our 3 bed, 3 bath family friendly condo is located in Clearwater Beach's most unique waterfront property. Sun West Palms is a 10 unit luxury condominium located 300 yards from the white sands and blue-green waters of world famous Clearwater Beach. Restaurants, attractions, Pier 60, area shops, and marina are all within walking distance. This ideal location is close to all the action in Clearwater Beach, yet when you want a peaceful retreat at the end of the day return to your condo on a quiet residential street complete with your reserved covered parking space. This unit features a waterfront balcony complete with brand new patio furniture.
The unit has been completely remodeled in recent years and is in the perfect location to enjoy a day at the beach. Theopen floor plan is a perfect layout for a family or adult vacation. Gourmet kitchen features professional stainless appliances, granite counter tops, with dining in adjacent area. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities that you would enjoy as if you were at home.
Huge King Primary bedroom with walk-in closet, large primary bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in, glassed shower, two sinks and separate water closet. Balcony off Primary bedroom.
Queen bedroom with private bathroom and large, walk-in closet. Third bedroom features two twin beds, spacious closet, also with a private bath.
Please note there are 3 bedrooms. Additional guests are accommodated with an air mattress. It is the condo policy to restrict the number of guests permitted to 8. Please contact me if you have any questions about this.
You'll enjoy the privacy of the year-round heated pool and spill-over spa, tiki huts and loungers right on the waterfront. The pool area also has a private storage closet that houses your very own beach cart, beach chairs, beach and pool toys, boogie boards, etc.
There is an assigned single parking space and a few guest parking spots if needed in case you have a second car. The parking spaces can easily accommodate a large SUV or a minivan; however, no trailers can be brought in and parked in the garage.
Convenient location means you can walk to the area's great restaurants, listen to live music while you watch the sunset at Pier 60's Key West-style sunset festival, and experience all the water activities Clearwater Beach & Marina have to offer: Dolphin & Pirate Cruises, charter boats, para-sailing, jet-skis or just pure beach relaxation on sugar sand. Local Flavors include Taco Bus, Frenchy's, Crabby's Beachwalk Bar & Grill, and Jimmy Crow's Nest Roof Top Bar. This condo is located approximately 40 minutes from the Tampa Airport. Tampa Bay's Busch Gardens and Florida Aquarium are just 30 minutes away; Disney is just a 90-minute drive! The Tampa Bay area also hosts many pro sports teams.

Everything is good and the place is very spacious . It’s just the room close to the entrance doesn’t have enough vents for the heater to reach, and the water pressure isn’t good enough in that bathroom.

Property was great! Spacious, great location, well appointed! The property was clean with the exception of the floor (our kids were barefoot much of the time in the unit and their feet would be very dirty (black) at bedtime and had to be washed. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful, the only downside is the pool water was relatively chilly and it doesn’t see much sun based on its location.

This is the perfect property! It's within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Covered parking and elevator were definite perks! Even though we had none this trip, they was a play pen, high chair, etc for kiddos. Pool and hot tub were beautiful. Pool closet included all the beach necessities! I dont mind paying a bit more for this type of stress free vacation without worrying about noise/traffic/public.

Very spacious, open family space and the bedrooms were a great “private” get away. The amenities were awesome. We cooked 2 dinners in and everyone was were it should be. Very quiet area and the other guests were all respectful. The pool area was clean and we enjoyed it after a long day in the ocean. We will definitely be back.

For us, this property was excellent. We like to walk and explore, and this property is situated in an area that has pretty much everything you could desire within a 5-10 minute walk. We really enjoyed every aspect of this vacation and will be back. Communication with agent was great, too. I have zero hesitation with recommending this property to others.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

My husband and my two teenagers stayed here for Spring Break. This was our first time renting a vacation home. The host provided detailed information on check-in, amenities that would be provided, expectations of us, etc. a few days before our arrival that were very helpful.The condo was cleaned and ready for us ahead of the 4pm check in time and the host notified us that we could check in early if we were ready.We were thrilled that the unit looked exactly as pictured when we arrived. Beautiful, very clean and much more spacious than expected. Also loved the beachy smell. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have privacy, as needed.The unit was well stocked. There wasn't anything that we found ourselves wishing was there. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, appliances (Keurig/toaster), utensils, dish soap, etc. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. Previous renters left some toiletries in the cupboards. (We paid it forward and left a couple of new items that we didn't end up using.) The hall closet was stocked with beach towels, a variety of sunscreen, beach blanket and coolers. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. It was never too crowded, and we had to ourselves several times during our stay.The location is perfect. An easy 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants and shops...and the beautiful beach!!! Would highly recommend this condo. Great experience! We didn't want to leave!

Everything you need!

We just had a wonderful stay for our high school spring break/baseball spring training week in Clearwater Beach. This condo was a short two blocks to the beach, so convenient! Everything is walking distance including shops, restaurants and we couldn’t have asked for anything else in the condo that we needed. It was so helpful to have some extra sunscreen, aloe vera, beach chairs, and coolers especially as we flew from MI so couldn’t pack ad much! Cooking supplies and basic pantry items such as oil, salt and pepper were helpful to make a couple breakfast at the condo. The morning Marina view is beautiful and one afternoon we did catch two dolphins swimming through the channel. Great communication with the property manager as well.highly recommend!

Clearwater getaway

We love the location of this property! Owner and host always quickly responded to questions we had before booking and after we booked. Our trip was focused on getting together with family and this was the perfect place to do it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which we loved. Lots of room and clean. Great for all ages!

Excellent location for the beach, pier, events (dolphin tours, jet skiing, parasailing, etc)! Has an elevator and one of the showers is a walk-in, both if which are great and important for the comfort for elderly parents! Plenty of beach towels, bathing towels, plates, silverware, cookware! Spacious so people can be up without disturbing others. Very pleased with our stay and choice!

Great location and close to the beach and restaurants.

This is a great location for both the beach and restaurants. The beach is about 1 1/2 blocks away. There are restaurants, golf cart rentals, boat ride company's and everything you need within walking distance. Once you are there you really don't need a car. The condo has indoor parking for 1 car and visitor parking in the garage under the condo also.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was immaculate. Everything we needed! I couldn’t get into our condo (at first) because I hadn’t received a room number. After maybe 10 minutes we had a phone call and got in fine. I’d received a call earlier in the day (from Taylor) with codes and I was checking out the rental car at the airport and she might have said the room number I couldn’t remember 😓
