Ideal location beachside with only 25yd walk to the beach via 14th Ave beach approach! There is a heated pool open 24 hours with outdoor shower and 2 reserved assigned parking spaces. Walking distance to multiple amazing restaurants and bars as well as shopping. Grocery store only 5 minutes away. Our non-smoking condo is fully stocked, pet friendly w balcony boasting partial beach views. We are local hosts, ready to make your stay absolutely amazing! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located in Beachside Villas is awaiting you! We have an owners closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, floats, pickle ball paddles, tennis rackets, volleyball, and basketball! Just bring your bathing suit and flip flops and come relax! We have stocked this condo with all new linens and huge beach towels as well! Come enjoy the quaint beach town of Indian Rocks Beach where there is so much to enjoy: Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve 5 minutes away, Kolb Park is 2 blocks away and has basketball, pickleball, tennis courts, skate park and a wonderful childrens playground. Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Zoo Tampa, and Florida Aquarium are all within 45 minutes drive. Clearwater Aquarium is only 20 minutes away. Suncoast Beach Trolley runs 5:30am to Midnight 7 days a week and holidays with a stop only 9 blocks away at 5th Ave. It runs between St Pete and Clearwater during those hours. You can easily explore the whole area by hopping on and off the trolley and never worrying about parking. Water activities such as deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, biking are available nearby as well! Come play in paradise!

Thank you to the HOST! This weekend was my daughter 16th birthday celebration. The condo was as perfect, clean, well stocked (thank you for the spices, olive oil, beach chairs/toys, and all the bedding) My only concern was the fan in the bunk room, it’s too close to heads getting off the top. (The girls sleeping up there got hit by the fan) I absolutely love the decor and the thought put into everything they had in the condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo and making our weekend the best!

We had a great time during our stay. The hosts have a beautiful condo and are very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the condo was incredibly well stocked including coffee (regular with filters & K-cups), creamer, sweeteners, full spice rack, lots of utensils, blender, hand mixer, slow cooker, grill, detergent, sham/cond/body wash, blow dryer, etc. There were plenty of towels (regular, beach, and make-up) and spare sheets, pillows, and blankets. It is close to the beach which you can see from the balcony. We went during spring break and didn't have any issues getting a good spot on the beach. Honestly, it's all great! We loved having beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and a wagon for use. Our kids tried the boogie board (though it was broken) but they still had a great time trying! There are also two great coffee shops, a bar (can be loud at night), and a delicious ice cream shop across the street. Definitely recommend booking restaurant reservations early at the more popular places as they were packed with wait times 90 mins for walk-ups. Communication with the hosts was clear and quick. Definitely hope to visit again at this wonderful place!

The Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need while on vacation. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking along with any/all spices, ground coffee, and Kcups.Everything in the condo is neatly organized making things easy to find. As well as plenty of beach towels.The outdoor closet by the pool is fully stocked with everything you would need for the beach including multiple chairs. There’s really nothing extra you need to bring other than your personal clothes.The location is great with a variety of food and coffee spots within walking distance and Publix is a short drive.It was comfortable for our 8 person party and we will definitely visit again.

Seriously one of the best rentals I have ever had. It was fully stocked. We only had to buy food. Nothing else! They even provided laundry detergent! Communication was excellent. Easiest access to the beach we have ever had. They provided a beach cart, chairs and truly anything you would ever need.

This place is incredible! Probably one of the nicest VRBO or Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. It looks recently upgraded, luxurious and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and easy to find. The decor was beautiful, even things like framed mirrors and tile in the showers. The appliances were new and high-end, we loved the special ice in the freezer! It felt like I was staying at a resort. Parking was easy, the pool was great, and proximity to the beach was perfect with little kids. Having access to so many beach chairs and fun sand toys in the owner's closet was super helpful. We would love to come back one day!

Beautiful property, very well maintained, full y furnished kitchen, beds and furniture comfortable and clean. Loved the showers. No issues at all. Owner responded quickly when I asked questions. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Close to the beach and right across the street are bar/restaurant/ice cream store/breakfast and coffee store and down the street just a little is a convenience store. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach of you want it.

Family Stay at IRB

We booked this place and loved everthing about it. The host was attentive, the house was clean, and we had a great time. Numerous restaurants were close by and we walked to dinner three times and had ice cream every night at the creamery right across the street. Beach access is seconds away. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful property, only a few steps from the Beautiful beach. Had to contact the owner about the grill, who immediately answered and explained the issue with the website and not the property. Would recommend anyone looking for a beach getaway.
