Our Coastal Beach Retreat is a beautifully preserved 1920s wooden beach bungalow that combines the timeless character of a raised villa cottage with the comfort of a thoughtfully updated interior.

Best of all, it’s located on Cambria Street—just 80 yards from the sand! Spend your days soaking up the sun and surf, then return to your cozy retreat.

Our Coastal Beach Retreat offers 5 bedrooms plus a den and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The property is made up of a main house and a charming cottage in the back, giving families and groups plenty of space to spread out while still staying connected.

This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes

As you step into our beach cottage, you’ll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare family meals with ease.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table that seats up to 8 guests, perfect for shared meals and game nights. The space flows into a spacious living area with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV—an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach.


The main house offers three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and shower. The second and third bedrooms each include a queen-size bed as well. Upstairs, a loft accessible by a spiral staircase makes the perfect hangout for teens, furnished with two daybeds (4 twins total).

The back cottage includes two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower.

In total, the property provides 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 4 twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.

And we saved the best for last! Step outside to enjoy a spacious Trex deck with a private pool and spa, complete with an outdoor seating area and grill—perfect for family barbecues or evening relaxation after a day at the beach.
