The communication with the host was excellent. They even answered my questions when it was late in the evening. The place was cute and comfortable. We enjoyed our mornings watching the sunrise from the patio and listening to the ocean at night. Would love to stay here again when the weather is a little warmer to get into the water!

This property was exactly as listed. STUNNING. Hosts were great with communication and checked on us multiple times to make sure our stay was great. Property was very clean and very cute. Our kids loved the pullout couch and found it quite comfy! This was the perfect place to stay and wake up to the beach, especially for our family of 4. We had so many beach floatie/chairs etc to choose from and never “went without.”We said multiple times how much we’ve enjoyed this trip and our stay here. Honestly, the only thing we don’t love about it- is that we don’t own it!10/10 recommend!

Couples getaway

Perfect little place for my husband and I to getaway to. Everything was practically new inside. It was amazing having coffee at one of the outside tables in the morning as the sun was coming up and then having wine in the same area as the sun went down. A little confusing starting out because you have to turn in ahead of the property and the garage with beach chairs was not labeled. We reached out to the owners with a couple of questions and they were quick to give us answers. They also checked on us after the first night. The only downside to this property is that any noise can be heard inside. The people across the way on our last night had just checked in earlier that day and did not go in until 4am. All in all, we will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits.

I didn’t appreciate Virgo taking funds out for themselves. I would appreciate that money refunded back to me. It didn’t go to the property management it went to you so I would like my money refunded back to me other than that it was nice I do not think I would be going back to Berghoff, because of the situation of you taking my money.

We stayed in June 2021. Great amenities! Coffee and k-cups makers, toaster, ice maker in freezer, washer and dryer available, etc. Property managers were VERY clear and communicative via phone, text, and emails. The WiFi left a lot to be desired. Someone told me that for all three beach units there is one router upstairs that we shared. My work Zoom meetings were fairly disastrous using the WiFi. Extenders in each unit would be better. I finally just bought a hot spot and that worked like a charm! We stayed a week and the only other caveat I can think of is that we were just two houses down from the public access on the beach. So it was more crowded than what we prefer, but for being right on the beach, it was ok.

Needs to be cleaner

It would have been all fives if the place had been cleaner, whoever the cleaning company is needs to do a much better job. Dirty towels still hung in the bathroom from the last group of people. When we went to make coffee the coffee maker had old coffee grounds in it with mold and had not been cleaned in quite some time.

Nice Week

Great time - location to beach can't be beat. Place was clean and comfortable for two. Our plane landed late afternoon, so check in was a little weird - easy to get our stuff from the mermaid box, but finding the unit was tricky - especially at night. Once in, we felt at home. The bed was great, but since it is up against the wall, you have to climb in from the foot of the bed to get on the side by the wall. Fortunately, at 62, I'm still fairly limber. Small complaint for such a great week.

We reviewed hundreds of rentals and the listing for "Endless Summer on the Beach" appeared as the most desirable for our family! The staff at Sea Side Property Shop were very pleasant and very accommodating with our late arrival and early departure. Our Unit (#C) was much nicer than we expected and offered the kids a Bed to Beach experience.Our unit was very clean, well stocked and the kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. The Sea Side Property Shop and Endless Summer on the Beach Unit C, allowed our daughters to have the Beach living experience they were dreaming of. My wife and I are planning to reserve this unit again in the fall for a grown-up escape. ;)
