This fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location just 3 miles from the beautiful shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Kitchen: Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and washer and dryer. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining: Dining table with 4 dining chairs.
Living Room: L-shaped sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the balcony.
Bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, end tables with lamp, dresser, TV, full-length mirror, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom
Bathroom #1 (Ensuite): Toilet, sink, and shower/tub combination.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, end tables, and closet.

Outdoors: Beautiful communal pool with sun loungers and patio tables, gas grill, and access to the clubhouse.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Only 1 parking spot is provided. No guest parking.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
