The Space:

Soft coastal light fills the home as you ease into your day, setting a calm, easygoing Florida rhythm. Evenings are best spent on the screened-in tiki patio, where a warm breeze and the peaceful neighborhood create the perfect space to unwind. Whether you're here for a quiet getaway or planning to explore nearby beaches and local spots, this home offers a comfortable place to recharge between adventures.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two twin beds—ideal for families or groups. A twin air mattress is also available if needed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.



Living areas

The open living room invites you to relax with comfortable seating and coastal-inspired décor. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for gathering over meals or planning your day. A Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to unwind indoors.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to cook at your own pace. Whether you're preparing a homemade meal or enjoying takeout from local favorites, everything is set up for convenience—indoors or out on the patio.



Outdoor living

Enjoy Florida living in the screened-in tiki patio, perfect for outdoor dining year-round. The private, fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating and a fire pit, creating a relaxed setting for slow evenings. With easy outdoor access and beach essentials provided, heading to the shore is always within reach.



Amenities

The home includes a washer and dryer, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. You'll also have air conditioning, heating, and essential safety features. Guests enjoy a private entrance, high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking for up to four vehicles, plus additional street parking. The home is pet-friendly and offers self-check-in with a smart lock for added convenience.



Neighborhood

Located in a quiet residential area, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. Downtown Largo, Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, and more are just a short drive away—making it easy to balance relaxation with exploration during your stay.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, with our team committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you’d like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate it for you. The cost is $35 per day of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. Please note that during colder or rainy weather, pool use may be less enjoyable. The pool is serviced weekly, and after heavy rain, some debris may enter the water, which can cause slight discoloration.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Options vary based on the length of your stay:

• 1-night stays: A $250 refundable security deposit is required. This is a pre-authorization hold (not a charge) and will be released after a damage-free inspection.

• Stays of 2 nights or more: You may choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that check-out time is 10:00 AM. To ensure the home is ready for incoming guests, our housekeeping team arrives promptly at that time. Late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and future reservations, and could result in a fee of up to $300.



This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry area provides enough detergent for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available (coffee not included), along with basic items like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If anything is missing, please let us know upon check-in so we can assist with restocking.



For your safety and the security of the property, there is a Ring camera installed at the front door.
