Recently renovated and fully furnished 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH + DEN UNIT at The Innisbrook Resort. This is a large corner D unit on The Copperhead PGA Course. The Valspar PGA Championships are played here every March. Wonderfully decorated and a wrap around balcony to enjoy the scenery. Perfect for families with enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy that perfect vacation.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV, and dressers for your belongings. The MASTER BATH is equisitely renovated with granite and marble to include an amazing walk in shower.

The SECOND BEDROON boasts 2 TWIN BEDS, and wood dressers.

There is also a pull out Queen for 2 children in the DEN next to the LIVING ROOM

The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and renovated to include Granite countertops and tiled walk in shower.

The GRANITE KITCHEN has a central island with a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Perfect for cooking vacation size meals and right next to the Dining and Living room.

The LIVING ROOM has comfortable furniture and flat screen TV, a dining space with walk out to wrap around balcony patio.

The DINING ROOM has seating for 6 and is right next to the kitchen. It is turn key, as good as it gets, and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry rooms on each floor where you can do your laundry for free and access to the hotel ice maker.

Free parking is on the parking lot right outside your condo.Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Muirfield building. You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC.

Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide a Coffee Maker, Toaster and Microwave are in your condo as well.

The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

Guest access: The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants.

Other things to note: 2nd floor unit/No elevators in buildings.

The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. A short term rental agreement must be signed prior to check in.
