UNBSTRUCTED WATER VIEWS JUST 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH! This condo’s updated coastal zen decor and amazing on-site amenities make it a gold mine for retreats! The condo interior spans from front to back of building making it light and bright. Experience unobstructed East-facing intra-coastal views and sunrises from kitchen, dining and living areas through the condo's large wall of windows. West sunset views can also be seen from both the master and guest bedroom. The living room is spacious and has a pull-out couch making this home comfy enough for 6. Coastal color pallet throughout with ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen, baths and common areas and whitewashed wood floors in both bedrooms (no carpet!). Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, granite counters and breakfast bar with stools. Dining area opens up to kitchen and living area making entertaining a breeze. Both bedrooms have king beds, spacious closets and bathrooms right outside the door (one with a step in shower and one with a tub/shower). Just off the kitchen, in laundry closet you’ll find a full sized washer and dryer. Covered/shared balcony area on the Intra-coastal side provides access from elevator to all units and lots of space for lounging. Recent updates include some new furnishings and decor, newer A/C (2019), newer front door with all new locks and keyless entry. Amazing amenities include use of heated waterfront pool, sun deck, fishing dock, lounging bogota, grill area, paddle board/ kyack storage, bike racks, plenty of under building parking spots and also uncovered spots available (1st come 1st serve). Roku available on all 3 tv’s (new 2025) and full internet access also provided. This property is located 2 blocks from one of Florida’s most pristine gulf front beaches! Fine dining, beach bars, shopping all within a few blocks from your front door.

Been staying here for past several years and love it. Nothing beats waking up in the mornings and having coffee while watching the dolphins jump and play in the bay. Host is awesome, and one of the best we have ever had. Cannot recommend enough to come stay here.

All I can say is WOW. This place is a gem and the owner is very kind and responsive. The views of the bay are incredible. We had dolphin and manatee sightings multiple times. The pool was perfect and not crowded. We were in walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants. We loved having beach towels, beach wagon, and toys for the kids to use. We can’t wait to book again.

Perfection!

Dreamy beach condo! Close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants you could want! Full kitchen too with everything you need. Publix near by with the best deli sandwiches for something easy! Beachy decor and the comfiest chairs (per my daughter lol). Balcony with the best views of the bay and morning coffee. We even seen the plumes from SPACEX in the early morning hours. Very clean and comfortable over all! Everything we hoped for! Can’t wait to escape Chicago again SOON!

Great Summer Vacation Spot

The condo unit was clean and spacious. The unit had everything that was needed from toilet paper to sugar, coffee, etc. The only issue with the building was the elevator working on and off. Overall we had a great vacation.

Our stay was wonderful and in a great location of walking distance from the beach. Loved that beach items were available such as umbrellas, beach blankets, chairs and even a wagon to transport them all. Wonderful place to stay as very cozy and nice scenery to see boats and live dolphins right in-front of our front door.

I have nothing, but great things about Darcie and her property! From start to finish this was a perfect stress free 5 day trip for our family. It was our first time visiting Clearwater and definitely not our last! Would book this rental again. The unit had everything we needed and more! Truely a home-away from home experiece! Our girls are 11 and 14 and they had such a fun time. The waterside pool was great and the unit is walking distance to so many things including the beach, shopping (for food Publix was less than a 10 min drive) and some of the best Gelato and Italian desserts we’ve ever had (Gelato cafe).

Had everything we needed

We had a great time in Clearwater thanks to Darcey. Her condo was clean and comfortable. She had everything our family needed to enjoy the beach - a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The condo was an easy 5-8 minute walk to the beach. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool and there were plenty of chairs around the pool to sit in and some large umbrellas for shade. There were carts available for use to bring luggage and groceries to the room. Darcey responded to my questions quickly and was very helpful. We definitely would stay here again!

Amazing Family Friendly Stay!

Our family stayed here and had the most wonderful time! Check in was easy, communication with the host was timely and kind, and they had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location itself is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to an incredible spot on Clearwater beach, restaurants around the corner, ice cream and a donut and coffee shop just down the street as well. We saw dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed the pool! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!

BEST Beach Stay!!

Overall this property was amazing! It was exactly as pictured and very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony! I highly recommend staying here! Check in and check out were extremely easy. The host responded to any questions we asked in a timely manner. Great location to walk downtown Clearwater and easily accessible to other beach towns nearby. We will be back to stay here again!

Darcy communicated well prior to check in. Directions once we arrived were clear and concise. Property wa clean, spacious and we had a beautiful view from the window to the water. Relaxing Getwawy in Clearwater Beach

The location and condo was perfect. Beautiful view of the bay looking towards Clearwater every morning. Dolphins playing in the cove are 150-200 yard out 3 mornings. Elevator, dock, and shared swimming pool with sister property. On 2nd road back kept you close to beach and restaurants without all of the traffic. Walk in less than 5 minutes about 1.5 blocks to city beach or drive over the bridge and spend the day at Sand Key park. Less than 7 a day to park and over 90 acre part, wide open beach, ample parking, restrooms, and even a concession truck. Unit was perfectly furnished for our trip. Flew in, had everything we needed. Fully furnished kitchen, bag chairs for beach, beach towels. Also had a nice stackable was and dryer that was great to have in the unit. 2 full bathrooms. Can’t wait to rebook and come back next year.

Perfect Retreat to Escape

This condo was absolutely amazing. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Close walking distant to all that Clearwater has to offer. The condo very comfortably fit 4 adults and 1 child. The beds were so comfy and the condo was so clean. All the amenities were perfect for our stay. The view from the front porch was amazing. Be on the lookout for dolphins in the inlet. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation.
