Spacious open-plan interiors and four bedrooms can host groups of up to eight friends and family, and the ground floor provides a bedroom and full bath for those with mobility issues. Two of the top floor bedrooms open to waterfront balconies above the pool and dock area on the Intracoastal. Start the day with a coffee or mimosa relaxing in the cushioned club chairs on your balcony, then move to the outdoor living area to sunbathe or read with the water as your soundtrack. Pavers and lounge chairs frame the uniquely shaped heated pool, while the screened-in porch hosts a chic lounge for afternoon refreshments in the shade. As the sun sinks toward the horizon, heat up the barbecue and enjoy an alfresco meal on the large outdoor dining table. The Ohana house has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: two with queen beds and a master suite with a king bed and water views. The fourth bedroom downstairs also has a queen. Like the main living areas, the bedrooms have a refined coastal look, with elegantly tufted headboards balanced by the whimsical coastal artwork. All 4 bedrooms have Roku Smart TVs. Ohana house was recently updated by a professional designer, and its interiors have a thoughtful Florida coastal luxury feel. The open-plan great room has a comfy slipcovered sectional, coastal artwork and a 70-inch 4k television for watching your favorite shows and movies. The serene feel of the beach is carried through in the large sunroom area. In here you will enjoy stunning views of the Intracoastal from the cozy sofas and over-sized chair where you can also snuggle up in front of a fire in the gas fireplace on chilly nights. The quaint breakfast nook with a table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen also enjoy the beautiful views of the water. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, stand-up paddle board, or enjoy the company of your sweetheart on a honeymoon-style stroll. Are you a boater? This property has a private dock. The lift does not operate, tie up only, the Intracoastal has nearby passes to the Gulf of Mexico both North and South from this property. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
