Unsere Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer befindet sich am Gulf Boulevard in Treasure Island, Florida. Es liegt weniger als 300 m vom schönen Sand des Treasure Island Beach und 5 HĂ€userblocks von der weltberĂŒhmten Promenade, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Restaurants von Johns Pass in Madeira Beach entfernt.

Wir haben einen Zebrastreifen bequem vor der Wohnung entfernt. Sie können den Verkehr mit einem Knopfdruck stoppen, um sicher ĂŒber die Straße in Richtung des Promenadenwegs zu gehen, der Sie zum schönen Sand und Wasser des Treasure Island Beach fĂŒhrt. Ein Block von der Wohnung ist eine Community-Bootsrampe fĂŒr Bootfahren, Paddle-Boarding, Kajakfahren, Jet-Ski und andere Wassersportarten. Um zum Johns Pass zu gelangen, können Sie 5 HĂ€userblocks nach Norden fahren oder auf dem seitlichen Geh- und Gehweg gehen, der Sie ĂŒber die ZugbrĂŒcke fĂŒhrt. Die ZugbrĂŒcke hat malerische Aussichtspunkte, um die Aussicht, die Brise und die Schönheit von Treasure Island und Johns Pass zu genießen. Johns Pass ist bekannt fĂŒr seine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Mikrobrauereien, DessertlĂ€den, WassersportgeschĂ€fte, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten, Piratenkreuzfahrten, Parasailing, Angeln und vieles mehr.

Wir haben gerade die Wohnung komplett renoviert. Es hat neue BettwĂ€sche, BettwĂ€sche, Möbel und GerĂ€te. Das Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein bequemes King-Size-Bett und einen großen Smart-Fernseher. Es gibt einen kleinen Esstisch und StĂŒhle. Unser Wifi ist sicher, schnell und kostenlos. Wir haben Spectrum-Kabelservice mit Tonnen von KanĂ€len, einschließlich BezahlkanĂ€len. This property was everything we needed! It was spotless and well maintained. Brandy is fabulous to work with and easy to communicate with. We stayed without a car and used the Suncoast Trolley to get up and down the coast for 5 each per day. You can walk to St John's pass for shopping, dining and boat tours. The beach is right across the street. There are no high rise units in the immediate vicinity so beaches are not crowded at all and access is right across the street. The crosswalk is steps from the gate. Brandy has chairs and umbrellas. We cooked fabulous steaks on the grill from the Publix just down the street.

Perfect Location

Close to the beach with distance to attractions. Not too far of a walk to make it multiple times a day. Having this type of location is ideal for a visitor who is interested in an active, fun filled stay. All in all I cannot recommend this property enough for those looking to experience John's Pass and Madeira beach. Very tourist friendly area with some fun locals. I can't wait to go back!

Weekend getaway

I celebrated my 40th birthday with my fiancĂ© over the weekend on treasure Island, and it was the best memorable experience in my life. Two minute walk to the beach five minute walk to John’s passage where you had so many restaurants to choose from and bars and stores to shop in and get souvenirs. The house was so well-kept and so clean and the bed was so comfortable that at one point I just wanted to sleep in lol Brandy was amazing and answered all of our questions before getting to the house, this trip was so pleasant and would definitely recommend to family! We will be booking again soon! Thanks again brandy ❀

This cute little cottage is your perfect place to stay on a quiet getaway!! Brandy is an outstanding host! Like staying with a friend- only better!

I can’t say enough nice things about this property and the sweet owner, Brandi. She was super with communication before and during our stay. Anything we needed, she was just a text or phone call away. The cottage is absolutely adorable! You can tell right away that the owner takes great pride in their property. The place is immaculate, the beach decor is so sweet, and the owner has all sorts of little touches that make you feel welcome immediately. The furnishings are inviting and homey. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels are very nice quality. We were most blown away with the extra touches though. The owner had provided beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, really nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash - even aloe and after sun lotion! There is a great little welcome book and there are little notes and labels for just about anything you’d have a question about. Any kitchen item you need, it’s there! Outside there’s a sweet little shared courtyard with a very convenient outdoor shower. Comfy chairs on your patio to enjoy coffee or have a cocktail and admire your seashells. There’s a nice grill in the courtyard and all the grill tools you’ll need as well as a patio table set to enjoy your meal. It’s your own private little oasis, you don’t even realize your right off the busy main avenue! Tip - we got some great gourmet burgers to grill at Publix about a mile down the road. The location is excellent! Just a walk across the street to get to a beautiful, uncrowded section of beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Just a short walk to get to John’s Pass and all the shops and restaurants located there. We couldn’t have been any more relaxed or comfortable! The sunburns we got were a little uncomfortable, but we can’t blame that on the cottage
..we were just too relaxed on the beach! Lol! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great visit! The property was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The close proximity to the beach was our main desire and it was a super short walk to get there. Paradise!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our stay at Brandy's place! Exactly as listed, the perfect place for a couple to spend a getaway. Within walking distance there are tons of bars, restaurants, and things to do. Plus the gorgeous beach that is a short walk away! Literally no bad things to report about this property! The cozy feel of the shared outdoor space was a wonderful retreat at night. We got to know some of our neighbors and felt extremely safe and at home during our stay! 10/10 would recommend, already planning our trip back!

Treasure Island Stay

We have been to this area several times. We love it. The Island Time condo was super clean and had every think you can think of. The bed was super comfortable. Great location with walking distance to may restaurants, The beach is just a block away and Brandy had everything we needed. You will love staying here and we will be back. Thanks Brandy!
