Located on one of the best beaches in the country, on Florida’s spectacular West Coast, Sunset Beach House is a beachfront single family vacation rental that sits directly on the sands of Treasure Island with the charm of Old Florida, all in a soothing, intimate atmosphere, away from large hotels and resorts. A true Hemingway like hidden get-away. This amazing Beach House sits directly on five miles of white, sandy beaches, amid native sea oats, tucked beneath a halo of trees. From the moment the front door opens you are entranced by the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. This Sunset Beach home takes your breath away with its unique architectural design! The dramatic two story living room and family room has sliding doors that open onto the covered deck area perfect for relaxing and winding down in your dream vacation beach house ! This beach house is the perfect vacation spot where your family can enjoy quality time together and make beautiful memories.

On the top level you will escape to an enormous master suite with a king bed and mesmerizing views as far as the eye can see! Relax in the spa bath while reading a book and enjoying the views or enjoy your morning coffee on your top floor deck. There are two secondary bedrooms upstairs with queen beds in each room and with a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The downstairs living area is very open, airy and bright. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets with glass fronts, wine refrigerator and also overlooks the living room. Perfect Vacation

This property is amazing. The deck is large with plenty of chairs that overlooks a beautiful view. The house has every amenity, spices, coffee, toilet paper, all kinds of beach stuff. I would recommend this property to all. Do not go to eat at Rumfish. The food is not very good and the prices are expensive.

Wonderful Getaway!

This was such a great find! The location is absolutely perfect: Close to everything, but tucked away from the traffic and chaos of Gulf Blvd. It's a quiet, lovely area with wonderfully walkable beaches. Everything in the home is comfortable and welcoming; we settled right in and enjoyed practically living on the decks! Steps to the water, gorgeous views, and overall a perfect way to escape the midwest winter. We stayed an entire month, and would have liked more time there. The ONLY potential problem is slow, spotty wifi; we're retired and in "vacation mode", so its only effect was "glitchy" streaming of tv/movies, which wasn't a huge problem for us. If we'd been trying to work remotely, it may have been an issue, so be aware of that if it matters to you. Otherwise, there's NO reason to hesitate if you're looking for a lovely, comfortable beach house!

Just bring your bags....

Sunset Beach is my preferred vacation location, and this property did not disappoint. I have rented 4 different homes on this small and secluded beach and this is at the top of my list. The beach is why I come, but this is the first time my rental had absolutely everything, from spices and basics for the kitchen, to the towels, chairs and coolers for the beach. Truly just bring your bag. The basement kitchen by the beach is great for enjoying the grill and eating by the ocean. The home is very comfortable, charming decor with a great beachy feel. I will definitely come back. Owners were great to work with, answering all questions prior to booking and upon arrival.

Fantastic vacation

It is pricey! That’s a fact. But the accommodations are stellar. Had WiFi problems at the end which weren’t able to be resolved. The beach is wonderful and was never crowded. When we had two broken beach chairs they delivered 2 new ones. Needed more pillowcases for the extra pillows and Boom! Amazon the next day! The space is amazing.

Can't get any closer to the water!

We have stayed at many oceanfront properties but this was the closest we've ever been to the water. Although they're provided, you don't even need to set beach chairs out as the shaded deck is just a few steps away. The house is perfectly located, far enough away from the public access and hotels/multi unit condos so the beach was not crowded. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. While we could've gone without them, we inquired about a couple of kitchen items during our stay. Not only did Dania apologize for not having them, but she had them instantly delivered to the property within a few hours! Would definitely stay here again!

So close to water we felt like we were on a ship.

Interesting week ! Settled In first night alarm woke us to take cover tornado warning. The ocean was so angry for a couple days it brought out the surfers which was enjoyable to watch. As senior citizens we try to find good in every situation. Many beautiful sunsets for balance of days. Enjoyed Johns Pass Festival with the best $25 dollars spent on a Monstrous Bloody Mary. Many shells on this beach. Did not have a good coffee maker but made do with small keurig. Carpets in two bedrooms needed some attention or replaced as obvious it was not animal free 24/7. A little pricey for number of beds and no pool. Stepoff into living room could be dangerous. Overall great fun.

The sunsets are amazing!

Beautiful private beach. We had a issue with the red tide for a couple days. The house was clean and comfortable. I would upgrade the small appliances coffee maker , blender etc. A top notch house should have top notch appliances! Overall we had a great time in a great beach house!

This is a beautiful home which we really enjoyed. Need sign as walking in. You see through glass beautiful ocean view but as you come in but step in middle of walkway . Brother fell to his knees on tile. We tripped a couple times but didn’t fall. We all felt that this needs to be marked so no one else gets hurt. Definitely affected his vacation

Heaven on the beach

This property is worth every penny. Beautiful house right on the beach - with three decks to enjoy the beautiful ocean and amazing sunsets. Dania (the property manager) was on top of everything - great communication- answered any questions we had. Even had a beautiful basket of goodies and huge bouquet of flowers. Looking forward to booking again!
