Madeira beach access is directly across the street with a public crosswalk and you’re one block from John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk with restaurants, shops, and tours. Enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, gym, and covered parking. This beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo is fully equipped for your stay and includes beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and a buggy for easy, relaxing beach days along the Gulf.

The space
We are located on the top floor, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. Once inside, the view will remind you why you decided to book this condo.

A fully stocked kitchen with essentials to cook meals and a dining area that seats 6 guest. The King Suite Master bedroom offers killer views and is located off the living room with master bath attached.

The guest bedroom and a separate full bathroom are located down the hall across from the kitchen. This bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top (the upper bunk is best suited for children, with a 100 lb weight limit). A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is conveniently located in the same hallway.

We’re a dog-friendly condo, welcoming up to one well-behaved bestie (dogs only). A pet fee applies.

Please note: any damage caused by pets will result in additional charges beyond the standard pet fee.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and resort amenities including the heated pool and hot tub.

The beach is located directly across the street, with a safety crosswalk just outside the building.

A small fitness room is available in the adjacent building for guests who want to get in a quick workout during their stay.

You’ll also be steps from John’s Pass Boardwalk, home to popular restaurants, waterfront bars, ice cream shops, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat tours, and local boutiques.

Other things to note
Linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and dining items.

Maximum Occupancy: The condo accommodates up to 6 guests total.

We’re happy to welcome one dog (25 lb weight limit). For insurance reasons, aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Beach equipment is included for your stay—towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon—so you can enjoy the beach with ease.

One parking space is included with your reservation. Due to HOA guidelines, we’re unable to accommodate additional vehicles.

Please Note - The building is serviced by a single elevator. While uncommon, temporary outages due to maintenance or power interruptions may occur.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
