This super cute home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage and a LARGE backyard with a heated pool! This beautiful home has a master bedroom with an En-suite bathroom that has a Queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and is located next to the main bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 Queen beds with luxury style mattresses for a perfect night`s rest! The main bathroom has a tub and shower. Each room has a smart television, and the living room has a smart 58” television perfect for streaming movies! The living room has an open feel with a pull-out Queen bed. The backyard is super spacious and has a beautiful brand-new pool! Along with outdoor seating, nighttime pool lighting, BBQ grill, propane fire pit, pool toys, a cooler and beach essentials! This home also connects to the bike trail and has bicycles available to ride through the neighborhood no main roads literally 3 minutes away and Taylor Park can be entered from the bike trail as well ! The garage has a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note additional parking on the property. There’s a sign on the fence to the right of the front door for your convenience.
