Komplett im Herbst 2013 aktualisiert - Home away from home - Ferienhaus 202 ist eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Wohn- und Esszimmer, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, zwei Schlafzimmer mit zwei VollbĂ€dern. Hell und luftig mit privatem Balkon am Golf mit Blick auf den Strand. Farbkabel-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. (Neuer Flachbildfernseher und Musiktastatur im 2. Schlafzimmer noch nicht abgebildet. Neue Bilder folgen in KĂŒrze!) Besitzer bittet nicht zu rauchen. Das fabelhafte und malerische Johns Pass Village ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der NĂ€he von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Bootsverleih und vielem mehr. MĂŒnzwĂ€scherei auf dem GelĂ€nde.

Condo location is great. Interior updates are needed. Bathrooms need to be cleaned a bit better.

Loved our stay! Beach is awesome! Walking distance to many restaurants. Condo just needs some updates and a bit better cleaning.

Great property and location

We love Seabreeze Condominiums. The property was wonderful. The pictures of this condo were very accurate, but it’s much more spacious in real life. The kitchen was a great size and easy to work in. The view was fantastic and we saw dolphins from the room.

Great location- Condo Just Okay

We enjoyed our stay however their were a few “why is this here/not here?” moments with the main reason being we have small children with small hands that must explore ALL the things. Great location and overall what we were looking for as well as was was listed. Things we were not expecting: only one spare blanket for the entire condo (not helpful with 2 young children), a broken vacuum with a note on it that it had been reported already (also not helpful with kids), extra tiles stacked in the master closet that were only covered by a small rug, a piece of another bed with a screw exposed under another bed (not sure where it belonged- kids found it and were playing with it), random screws left on the kitchen island( again- kids), and very literally the worst mattress my husband and I have ever slept on in the Master bedroom (single bed room)- he actually willingly slept on the couch because the bed was so awful. We’ll both be visiting the chiropractor for adjustments now that we’re home. Please replace that mattresses! đŸ˜©

Paid too much for not to have essentials

The first morning there, my youngest got sick. There wasn't any extra sheets or the first thing to clean with. I had to purchase two sets of sheets and blankets due to my oldest getting sick as well. I also had to purchase cleaning supplies and spent $25 for washing and drying. I personal feel like for what I paid to stay, they should at least have the essentials! I did leave the extra sheets and cleaning supplies, for the future guest. No, we will not be returning to this condo.

Great Place!

We had a very nice stay at Seabreeze 202. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and plenty of room for all of us (family of 2 adults and our teenage daughter. Great location on the 2nd floor with very easy and quick access. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and what a fabulous experience to wake up in the morning with the sounds of the waves! Easy access to the pool/hot tub and miles of beach. Also a short stroll (5-10 minutes walk to John’s Pass with tons of restaurants and bars. Perfect place for a week in the sun!

Great view, needs updating, beds are not sizes described in listing!

The condo had a lovely view. It could have been cleaner, for sure. The table on the balcony was filthy and the bathroom and around beds could use a deep clean. The living room needs an update, but that is just cosmetic. What really bothered us was the fact that the bed sizes as advertised were incorrect. The bedroom with 2 beds states they are queens and they are full sized at best. The bedroom that says it has a King, actually has a queen size bed. Overall, though, we love the SeaBreeze and its location near John’s Pass. We probably will stay at this condo building again, but would not want this unit.

Very spacious! View is nice! Condo is in a great location near John's Pass!

The condo was very large and views were great from 2nd floor. We used stairs alot because the elevator was super slow. The keypads to get in and out of the pool and beach access and elevator is excessive. Every entrance had a keypad except the room. Passing back and forth keys to the room all day long between family members was a huge hassle. Pool was nice and clean. Hot tub was especially large and clean. We had to remove all bedding and put to the side because there were stains on the comforters and my family was grossed out to sleep under them. Not having a washer and dryer in the room was a big inconvenience...as I could have just washed all the bedding myself. But we had to use our own from home. The amount of pillows and towels provided was wonderful! Great job on that! The pillows were fluffy and towels were big and plentiful! This condo is in much need of furniture renovation. The couch pillows also had to be removed upon arrival because they were so dirty and stained. We hated the tile because sand and water don't do well on tile...so not having enough rugs was a bummer. I had to bring lots from home. The closets were big and even had beach chairs, box fan, and umbrellas to use. The kitchen was awesome. Large and well equipped. I'd say the checking process was pretty rough. Our room was 1 hour late to be released and we had groceries in the car in the scorching heat because our room wasn't ready at the correct time.

I have a cleaning business and I would never leave a place that dirty. Ceiling fans had 3 inches of dust. Dressers and headboards very dusty. Tried to plug in charger behind bed. 5 inches of dust Beds not very comfortable The view was amazing, loved being on the beach. Nicely decorated. Location was great, short walk to John's pass.

Great location, tired building.

Great ocean front view and a short walk to John's Pass. No "on-site" manager or in-unit washer/dryer. There was constant problem getting chairs at the pool because people would "towel reserve" them, despite rules against it. Unit had plenty of space and kitchen supplies and had been updated nicely but we ran into a problem with the air conditioning. JK Resorts, the management group we rented from, responded quickly with a repair crew, but when problem started again the next day they again sent out a repair company AND offered us the option of another unit in a different building, Sand Dollar, on Indian Shores. We decided to move and it was a great decision. The unit was an upgrade, equal amazing view and beach with better pool space. The unit had all new beds and furniture, the nicest we have seen in a rental unit. The "on-site" managers were terrific, available and helpful. Would not rent at Sea Breeze again, but definitely would use JK Resort management company. Also, we will always look for a building with an "on-site" manager to supervise activities.
