Step out onto the private balcony overlooking Sand Key Beach all the way up to Dunedin Causeway.. wow! Also inside the unit, you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience, second full bathroom with walk-in shower, free WiFi, and the cooking necessities you'll need to have the best stay ever!

Start your morning off by sipping your morning beverage on the large balcony with the salty and refreshing breeze. Then head down to enjoy the miles of sandy white beaches and play in the warm Gulf of Mexico! You'll love taking walks along the water and looking for unique shells and marine life, including dolphins, manatees, sea birds, etc! Important: Starting September 2025 balcony and building renovations will be taking place and will continue over the following year. This is for building 1 at Crescent Beach Club (this condo is located in building 2), but may cause noise and disruptions for both buildings during this period. This may also affect the use of certain balconies in only building 1 depending on the timeline. One of the two pools at the complex will still be available throughout the project.
