It has all the decorative touches that make you feel like you are right at home. The living room has a flat screen television with basic cable and Wi-Fi included. The primary bedroom is well-appointed with a king size bed equipped with a flat screen tv. The newly updated primary bathroom has a lovely granite countertops. The guest bedroom has a 2 full size beds and the updated guest bathroom is in the hallway The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The spacious open floor plan with designer touches features an inviting living room area with a flat screen Cable TV, a large sectional and auto recliner. This unit also includes one assigned covered garage parking.

Guest access
Golden Shores condo has a private entrance to the building with access code and the condo has an access code to unlock the door. Both will be provided upon confirmation of booking.
Other things to note
No pets allowed. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside of the rental at all, on the balcony or in the pool area. Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for early arrivals and/or late check outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
