The location was fantastic! The beach is very close and the beach is really nice also. Check-in and checkout process was easy and there was good communication with the property management team. The main issue we had was the refrigerator was very loud. It sounded like someone was blowing a whistle at times. It was so loud that we couldn’t hear the movie we were watching. We had to unplug it to sleep at night. It was not an alarm, but something inherent to the unit itself. Possibly a belt that was slipping?? Unfortunately, we had purchased groceries and had to throw some away since the freezer was off all night and our food thawed out. Also, many of the light fixtures were either broken or didn’t work. Aside from the refrigerator, it was a great property, hopefully they replace or repair the fridge. Otherwise, bring earplugs. I took videos of the fridge acting crazy loud, but this app won’t let me upload a video.

Family gathering

The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering with our adult children. The house was so comfortable, we had plenty of room and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Hope to return!

Pleasant but sparse

The location is excellent. Nice view from back deck and easy walk to beach. It is listed as entire home but there is a first level apartment and the driveway was shared We had a 6 night stay. The property manager provides the minimum of amenities. 4 dishwasher pods, laundry pods, no vacuum and a broom with no dustpan no cleaning supplies. Our refrigerator had a high temp warning and chirped entire stay. Property manager was responsive to request for decent beach towels and sent someone to look at fridge. Problem was not resolved. This property should be better appointed.

Ok, but awkward, as someone lives downstairs. Listing says you have the entire home & you don’t.

It turned out ok, however, listing says your renting the entire home. You are not, someone lives downstairs. Listing says you can park up to three cars, you can not. Pulled in to check in and two full size vehicles were parked in the driveway. Had to pull to the side, partially through the grass to park. Lights in jacuzzi area a d string lights did not work. Swing in downstairs area was broken as well. The listing should be changed to reflect its not an entire home and if your bringing two or three vehicles you may have problems parking. Someone living downstairs was not a huge problem, lack of transparency in listing was. The person living downstairs was pleasant and spoke when you said hello. Despite all these things (and a few more) it was a really nice home, in a very nice area and we enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach.

Daughter's Grad/21st Trip

We brought our daughter, who just graduated w/ her Bachelor's and turned 21, and 2 of her friends down to FL to celebrate. The house was delightful and as pictured/described. It was very clean, well maintained and well laid out, providing plenty of space and privacy for all party members. The balcony to begin and end our days was perfect. Highly recommend.

Excellent Property

Had a wonderful visit with a couple of friends. The property manager is very prompt with responding and even replaced the umbrella and a beach chair for us. There were a few blankets and sheets that weren’t extremely clean when we first got in, but we just popped them in the washing machine.You can’t beat the location. Overall, the property offered a great experience.

Overall a Fun time - some caveats

Overall had an excellent time. Location was great for walking to the beach and having a gas station nearby. We were particularly appreciative of the pleasant surprise of having fishing poles and bait to use off the dock! The listing states that the stay would include the entire house -- this is not the case as the owner lives in the downstairs unit. This inaccuracy came as a surprise to us as we specifically wanted to do a VRBO to have the entire place to ourselves. The listing stated and owner also messaged about having 3 parking spots -- Not exactly the case as the owner used two spaces for his 2 Escalades, making it difficult to pull in and out with our 1 rental car. We were also a bit bummed that we'd only found the beach chairs, cooler, and wagon on our last day tucked away under the outside stairs / next to the trash bins -- it would have been nice for these items to be mentioned in the listing. The listing included photos of people kayaking/paddleboarding which implied that these items may be available to use at the property but this was not the case. This felt a bit misleading.Owner was kind and responsive through messaging.

Lovely Waterfront Property

I visited this property with friends for a long weekend of golf and spring training baseball games in the Tampa area. Overall, we had an excellent experience. We enjoyed the house and the yard, particularly the water views (even spotting a pod of dolphins one morning) and outstanding Jacuzzi. The location was perfect, with beachfront access, restaurants, stores, and a gas station (with boiled peanuts), all within walking distance.I feel like I must mention a relatively minor drawback - despite no mention in the listing, we were informed a couple of days prior to our trip that the owner may be staying in the lower level of the building. However, no one showed up during the day, to our knowledge.

Lovely house, great location

The location is beautiful and in a nice residential area. The house is immaculate, and the furniture and beds are quite comfortable. Sitting on the deck was so peaceful! We enjoyed the pelicans, dolphins, and egrets, The area is very walkable - just a few short blocks to the beach and good local restaurants, which meant we rarely needed the car during our five-day stay. That said, the Columbian Restaurant and Salt Rock Grill are two restaurants worth driving to, each just a few miles away - right on the water and with outstanding food and service. Highly recommend them for more upscale dining. Communication with the property managers was excellent, and the response was usually within 5 - 10 minutes; some minor issues were quickly (and pleasantly) resolved. Two minor quibbles. As found in most other rentals, it would be nice to have a binder with wifi details, house rules, checkout procedures, and recommendations for restaurants and entertainment venues. The wifi and checkout instructions were provided before our check-in, but having that at hand for reference would be more convenient. Also, the house doesn't have many homey touches, so it has an almost "hotel" vibe. We've been spoiled by the charm of (at least part-time) owner-occupied house rentals. It lacked the warmth of a house that's loved. That said, vibes aside, it provides all the essentials, and the location can't be beaten.

Great location

Home is located in an ideal location a quick 2 minute walk from beach access. Dock was great for mullet fishing and an all around great time with friends. Home listing is not the entire house. No garage access even though there are three garages, and a list of rules in the living room of city ordinances like 2 cars in drive way. It was a good stay even with dumb nuance.

Couldn't have gone better!

Booked this for a short stay while attending a nearby funeral. Very clean, plenty of linens and towels, and a few short minutes walk to the beach. Several burned out/non working bulbs, but given this stay was just a few short weeks from a hurricane coming through the area I would expect there's still cleanup and repairs taking place.

Little slice of paradise

The property was accurate to listing, there was a little hiccup with the jacuzzi but it was fixed promptly with a single phone call to the management. Everyone was super friendly, very courteous and engaging to our families needs! Would not only recommend but would pick this place again if we ever came back to the area!
