The first guest bedroom provides 2 queen size Magnolia beds, plenty of dresser drawer space and a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom provides another Queen bed and a large closet. All bedrooms have mounted TVs. The beautiful guest bathroom is centrally located and provides a tub/shower combo, double sinks and lots of storage space! This unit comes complete with an in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and all linens. There is also a beach closet with chairs, toys, and towels.

PARKING
One assigned space under the building comes with the condo. Visitor parking is available in the outside lot on a first come, first serve basis.
