This was our first time renting a vrbo and it was the best experience. Great location, house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us all to hang out after a great day outdoors. Beach vibe gave that vaca feel and very clean! Very private backyard, pool was clean, hot tub was a bonus and outdoor kitchen and seating was great as well! Host very responsive and detailed. Would highly recommend!

John’s beach house is divine! It’s so well laid out and full of everything needed for vacation. The bed is super comfortable and the primary bath/shower is extraordinary. Plenty of towels too. The pool and hot tub are awesome. John gave us some great recommendations for meals and a great tip to check out Massaro’s Italian market in St. Pete; don’t miss it or the tiramisu.

The house was perfect for our 8 person family. The home had plenty of everything we needed. The little ones loved the pool and the adults loved the grilling area. The kitchen sink hose had a leak while we were there and John was there ASAP to fix it. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

There were 7 of us staying. The property was perfect for getting together. The communal space was very comfortable with all of us in the room. It still afforded us with private space with the pool area and screened porch. I personally really enjoyed the reading nook.

Pool was amazing, host was friendly and kind, house was spacious, the two smaller bedrooms had very uncomfortable mattresses and sheets, ceiling fans seemed to need some maintenance and made noses to the point of having to shut them off at night which made the rooms quite warm, had to go out and buy toilet paper and paper towel as there was only the two rolls of toilet paper, in the entire house, for six adults for a four night stay. Overall we had an excellent time but general consensus was that we were glad to get home so we could sleep comfortably.

A great stay

Excellent property. Pics accurately reflected the place but better yet the bunk beds were replaced by a full or queen bed. Had one minor issue but host was very responsive. We had 8 people and the pool, lenai and grill area along with open kitchen made it great for our group. Master bedroom bed was great as well. When AC DC comes back to town, we will do it again!
