Our guests will be granted full and exclusive access to all the spaces described above, except for any locked utility or maintenance closets. Trail your fingers over a century of history at nearby Fred Howard Park, or intricately admire the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, a reflection of the town's rich maritime heritage.



Entry to our property will be made easy with our smart lock system, maintaining security while offering flexibility to our guests. Free parking is available on premises, with additional free street parking easily accessible.

The Pinellas Trail - The Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a linear, multi-use trail extending from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The Trail, created along a portion of abandoned railroad corridor, provides a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating and biking.



Getting Around:

The Jolley Trolley provides scheduled public routes available at a low cost to travel within the Clearwater Beach area and beyond. The Beach routes offer destinations up and down the beach, with two routes; the North Beach route, and the South Beach route. The coastal tour offers a unique experience to travel up our beautiful coast, and stop at some beautiful locations including Downtown Dunedin, Ozona, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs.



There are also multiple golf cart rental, bike rental and kayak rental places within a 5 mile radius.



Other Things to Note:

For the upcoming holiday season, be it Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or Memorial Day, our property offers the perfect getaway backdrop. Picture a festive Easter egg hunt around our tropical backyard or a calming Memorial Day escape reflecting by our poolside.



Tarpon Springs brims with unique points of interest. Trail historic Fred Howard Park or soak in maritime tales at Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. Take a stroll into history as you walk around either the Spring Bayou or Whitcomb Bayou, these majestic bayou's are also the perfect place for a picnic or to view the beautiful architecture of surrounding homes. Don't miss Sunset Beach, Craig Park, or Anclote River Park for tranquility.



As we transition towards the spring season, the area comes alive with lots of activities and the weather is simply beautiful. Whether you choose to visit Craig Park for a picnic or journey to Anclote River Park for a serene spring-time stroll, you'll find that our property is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

Before you book, kindly note the additional charge for higher pool temperature settings and please respect our house rules that include a strict no smoking policy and no shoes in the house. Also, remember to keep wet clothes off the indoor furniture and enjoy yourselves responsibly without parties or events. The luxury heated pool at Palm Cove Cottage is heated from September through April each year. The heater is set between 78 - 80 degrees. If a guest would like it set higher during their stay, we can adjust the setting between 81 - 86 degrees for an additional charge of $35 per night.
