We started renting our house as a vacation home since Memorial Day Weekend 2021. We strive to continue our 5 Star rating.



When comparing Vacation Homes, look at and compare what you desire most. As you compare other homes, here are some things that we have that others may not:



- SQ225 143,00 BTU Pool Heater. Largest Heating BTU's for Private Pool.

Many of those will not heat their pool accurately. Ours is new, and SQ means super quiet.



1. Private playground. Adult Supervision at all times and use at own risk.

2. Large saltwater pool (can be heated upon request, extra fee applies). We have a lot of pool floaties and pool games. Please check with us prior to your arrival to see if you need to pack anything extra.

3. Large pergola with rattan seating for 10+ and 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. we also have seating for 6 around ping pong table.

4. Outdoor regulation basketball hoop (can adjust for kids).

5. Kettler outdoor Ping-Pong Table by Pool & Dart Board/Ring Toss on shed.

6. Nice area to ride a scooter or toys in the backyard.

7. Weber Grill with 2 propane tanks in case you run out.

Guest Access:

We have 2 driveways. One off 78th ave and One off 47th Street. Total car parking is around 10. you are 6 miles to Beaches and 1-2 Miles from great restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 1/10 mile away (Publix). Super Walmart is 2 miles away.



Other Things to Note:

All security cameras are only located outside the property (like entrances or outdoor common areas) and are there purely for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home, and we strictly follow Airbnb's policy, which bans all indoor surveillance devices.

The house is in a good location, the backyard was the best part of the house. The house is in a very busy area.The house needs a lot of work. It was missing a lot of what we consider basic necessities . They had one 8 inch frying pan, not a lot of good cooking utensils, they had only two glasses that weren’t plastic, no end tables in the sunroom to put your drinks. The lighting in both bathrooms was extremely poor. We had to purchase daylight bulbs for the bathroom so that we could see. There were no instructions on how to use the lights. They had a remote controls, which we had to figure out. The lights were going on and off automatically, not user friendly at all. Did not tell us when the trash was to be put out. It would’ve been very helpful to have an email outlining everything. Most places that we have been give you a book that tells you places in the area to go, restaurants sightseeing, ETC. Basic instructions on how to use the appliances in the house. For instance, it had a ninja air fryer and no instruction on how to use it. There was only one trash bag left for us, and we had to purchase those upon arrival. Only one nightlight in one bathroom. There should be one added in the master bathroom. Also, the rugs were dated and we weren’t sure of the cleanliness. Bugs were in-the kitchen that needed to be treated. When I contacted Sarah, she was very responsive whenever we needed something. The house needs some TLC. The house is centrally located.

The house was nice, but the outdoor areas are really what made this place great! Inside was very clean, though a bit dated. -This is mainly felt in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and there is a Publix practically within walking distance which was so convenient. There are plenty of other shops and restaurants real close. We got takeout from The Pizza Joint and it was AWESOME, not uber expensive either. We chose this place for its close proximity to family members we were visiting and because it had so much for the kids cousins to do outside. The host was very accessible and kind during check in and check out, but when I had a question about the remotes for the Movie Theater TV, it was crickets. That, in combination with the dated bathrooms is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But nothing that would make me say I'd never stay here again for sure.

First, we had a wonderful stay! The location was terrific as we were close to everything. Supermarkets, stores, beaches, nightlife and more. Second, the house is older but very comfortable and had so many amenities. We had a great kitchen stocked with every appliance including a smart refigerator that played our Pandora tunes! The pool was great, it has seating in the pool for sitting and having great conversations whilst enjoying an adult beverage or two. Bedding was super comfy. One of the king beds is an adjustable bed....perfect for this snorer! Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and supplies. We were a group of 10 women ranging in age from 17 to 84. Every single one of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. This is truly a vacation home. Basketball court, playground for the littles, great outdoor games and eating areas and entertainment areas inside and out. Loved every minute and our hosts were always responsive for any questions we had.

Super glued together

The toilet was running we had to fix it in the master bathroom sink was broke instead of replacing it. They glued it together. And put some kind of design so it looks like it was built that way. I figured this out after I cut my finger on it. Overall, the experience was good though besides a few issues they have with maintenance.

Florida Fun for Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our first ever, Christmas on vacation in sunny Florida with our adult children. The property was perfectly situated between St Pete beach and Tampa with plenty to see and do. The weather cooperated and the heated pool, outdoor activities and indoor games at the home provided an experience that was just as comfortable as home. The property manager quickly answered any questions we had and made our stay easygoing. What a wonderful Christmas gift; enjoyed with family making memories!!

Has potential

Very outdated house. Various things were broken or didn't work. Bounce house was filthy, tried cleaning it and it was usable to an extent, it leaked. The ceiling fan in the theater room wasn't working. The massage chair was not working properly and the recliner chairs in theater room were all the way against the wall so it was hard to fully enjoy them. Play set was destroyed, that was disappointing because my 3 year old wanted to play on it so bad. Sofa bed in game room was broken. Some drawers in kitchen were damaged & didn't open. Bathroom tub/shower was so outdated and nasty looking. Floors were dirty, cleaning crew is not cleaning very well. Garbage was left in the yard by previous renters and to top it off, with my kids in the house there was a little bag of weed left in a drawer under the TV in the theater room(which we threw away)along with an almost empty bottle of tequila. it was actually disappointing to say the least every time we would go to enjoy something it didn't work or was destroyed. Also there were only pool towels for the bathrooms, no bath towels. The bedroom with the twin bunk bed in it, the door does not latch and the toilet in master bedroom runs on and off all night. It would also be better if they just left the AC on instead of having people shut it off before they leave. Definitely could be a great house but needs a lot of attention.

Our stay at the Ultimate Family Fun home was disappointing from the start. We had to book this property last minute due to a hurricane and a cancellation from another host. Unfortunately, one of our group members tested positive for COVID-19 shortly after booking, but the host refused to accommodate a cancellation or refund, despite Vrbo's recommendations for flexibility. This left us with no choice but to leave a member behind. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was subpar. The floors were unswept, beds unmade, and there was questionable food left in the fridge. As in we didn’t think the milk jug had milk in it and it was something else. Trash was still in the bins, and the outdoor area was not guest-ready. The shuffleboard, ping pong, and basketball was unusable, toys were in poor condition, and the pool was musty and filled with leaves. Communication with the host was also lacking. We received a message at 11:30 am on checkout day to leave the back door unlocked for cleaners, which was too late as we had already left by the 10 am checkout time. While the home does offer some nice features like a massage chair and TVs, the overall experience was marred by poor cleanliness and inflexible policies. We would not return to this property.

Family Vacation

My family booked our stay with high hopes and we were not disappointed. The house is great, and accommodating for all ages. The pool and backyard is amazing. The hosts did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, and we’re very responsive to any and all needs. Highly recommended.

Bad communication

Communication with the host was not good. After multiple calls trying to get ahold of the host, we received the access code to the house an hour and a half later. That includes the hour I spent on the phone with vrbo, who was trying to find a place for us (9 people) to stay. The sports bedroom door was broke and rain would come in thru the smoke detector. There are bolts sticking out of the jacuzzi tub. Not sure why. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper or hand towels and only 8 bath towels for 9 people. The host did send a few supplies after I contacted them. We enjoyed the private pool but the outside outlet breaker kept tripping. The 2 king beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the pacman game.

Spring Break 2024 Family Trip

We had an excellent time in Pinellas Park. The neighborhood was great, grocery shopping near by and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, excellent back yard with the pool and other activities for the kids. Very reasonable driving distance to lots of good swimming beaches also. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to be in this area!

Great Vacation Spot

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is conveniently located to everything you need. The backyard is where we adults and kids spent almost all of our time, it has everything you could possibly need for all ages. There were a few small hiccups when we checked in but property manager Sarah and Braydon were very communicative, kind, and helpful. Everything was sorted out quickly and they kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. I so appreciate the level of care.

Perfect for a large group with kids

We had 3 families with kids ranging from 2-12 and we all enjoyed the backyard oasis!! Swimming, bounce house, ping pong, playground and then the tv and lounge areas with the fans kept everyone happy and entertained. Not to mention the tvs inside with plenty of seating. They had everything we needed or wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Greatest home away from home

I dont even know where to start......this place is the greatest! We haven’t even got home but I wanted to come on here and say me and family are so truly happy and amazed with how incredibly detailed this place was. Everything was thought of. There was never a dull moment. We can not wait to come back. The hosts were so attentive and even let us check in earlier. Gave us absolutely everything we needed from tea to sunblock to a bluetooth speaker to use while we used the outside area (which is what we used the most). All the technology was awesome for us to watch tv for the kids. The beds were like clouds. We did go the beach which was about 20 mins away and they provided chairs and umbrellas. I mean these people really deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you again for everything.....we cant wait to come back.

Great house!

The backyard is what makes this house. The bounce house and incredible pool area had our kids over the moon. The owner came and walked us through everything and made sure we could find anything we needed. Would not hesitate to come again.

Chille Town: where your adventure comes to life!

Adults and kids of all ages, will enjoy this beautiful vacation home. From the kids slide into the pool to an outdoor rec area with ping pong, shuffle board basket ball as well as darts, puzzles, board games and a firre pit. ( just to name a few
)Heated pool, outdoor tv and large playground., grill and plenty of space for a large family to spread out but be close together. Beaches and other activities are close and so is the local grocery store and Walmart. If You are planning a family trip to the Tampa area Chille Town is the place to be. A place where making memories is fun and easy!

Great Place to Stay

This home was a great place to stay for me man's my friends. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities. The pool and outside area were great to hang out in for hours at a time. I would absolutely stay here again.
