Unit 113 - The Captain's Bayside Getaway (2nd Floor)

This condo features two full sized beds, a full sized sofa pullout, full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless stove and fridge/freezer with a breakfast bar and solid maple cabinets and a wonderful view of the pool and the rest of the community outside your door. It also has a new fireplace tv stand, new coffee table. It's 2nd floor unit. Has a coffee maker, new pots and pans. Also has kitchen basics. Come and enjoy! Have a Kayak? Bring that too!

Parking:
You are allotted one parking space. There is currently no assigned parking, so use any space that is convenient for you - just please let us know if you have visitors that need an additional one during your stay.

Laundry:
We have - one each - a washer and dryer that can accept coins, or you can use a credit card via the phone app, PayRange. Sorry, but we do not have change machines or vending machines for laundry supplies.

The guest laundry can be accessed through the entrance behind the office. Please text me, Scott, at 727-748-2848 for a door code to use for entry.
