We have rented many houses in recent years, but none of them have been as comfortably equipped as this one. I was used to having to buy a few things like coffee, coffee filters, spices, and other items on the day of arrival, so I was more than pleasantly surprised to find that everything was already there, even toothbrushes and shampoo.The house itself is very centrally located, only 5 minutes by car to the sea and 1 minute to shopping facilities. The furnishings are very high quality, well maintained, and clean. We really had everything we needed. Communication with the landlord was very quick, professional, and reliable. I would rent this property again anytime.

Relaxing vacation

Home was clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Host was responsive. The home is ideally located for dining, shopping and most importantly the beach. The pool and spa was the highlight of our vacation and we spent hours in it. We would love to return.

We enjoyed a month at this house. Great location, heated pool and whirlpool. House is updated and looks like photos. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Owner and property manager very responsive and helpful. Hope to stay again in the future!

Very enjoyable stay!

We very much enjoyed staying at the home. The house was very clean and we were even notified that we could check in early. Communication with owners was great! We were slightly disappointed to learn that the spa was not a “hot tub” as this is why we chose this home over others. The temperature of the pool was nice for the kids but the heat shuts off when the spa turns on. You are also limited to using the spa for only four hours a day and can’t use after 10 pm. Everything else in the home was great including the beds and location.

This is a roomy three bedroom well decorated home with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The house is well furnished with all of the conveniences you could ever need in the kitchen. Was perfect for four adults and would be great for a family with children.

Great vacation home

We stayed with our kids and grandkids and had a great time. The house was perfect for what we needed and supplied everything plus that we needed for beach outings, cooking, swimming etc. the location to our favorite beaches was perfect only minutes away with the young kids. Family Vacation

This place was just as described plus more! Many amenties for families from toys, to beach chairs, grill and more! Property well maintained and comfortable. Caretakers were very attentive along with owner very quick to respond and pleasant! If we come this way again for a vacation we decided we are hoping to rent this place again! The PERFECT Stay

We needed a house while visiting the area for wedding and all I can say is WOW. We found THE place that should be on the top of everyone’s list. Prior to our arrival we were informed of some work being done around the house outside, improvements to the backyard, and the host made sure we were okay for these to continue during our stay. The neighbors next door greeted us upon arrival and were a second point of contact for anything we needed. Both the host and neighbors were beyond kind and willing to help with any of our questions or requests. The house was impeccable, cleaner than most hotels truthfully. There was soap, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, treats and linens left for us to use or take as needed. A touch that was a step above the rest, in our opinions. We traveled with our two year old and one thing that stuck out to us was the kids place settings that were left for us to use. We also used the pack and play that was available. It was a very family friendly home. I am jealous of those staying in the future that will be able to access the backyard. We gawked at the stunning pool and landscaping through the sliding back door. A half mile away, there is a Walmart, Jimmy Johns, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse and a few other stores and restaurants. This made meals out or in VERY convenient and our grocery trip to stock the kitchen so quick and easy! I truly cannot say enough GREAT things about the home, the neighborhood and host. BOOK IT!

Wonderful Home to stay

We rented this home for a week with our grandparents and baby. It was wonderful for all ages. Jerry the property manager lives in the house next door and she was so helpful! The home is beautiful and it’s in a great location! We will definitely be staying here again.
