Superbly updated 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom 2 car garage renovated pool and HOT TUB home. Your home has a GIGANTIC heated swimming pool (80-85 degrees oct15-april15) with beautiful surrounding Pergola and sun lounge chairs that create the most ultimate spa - like experience! GET ready to have a nice relaxing evening by the fire pit roasting marshmallows! 5 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEACHES!!
Guests have access to the entire home. HEATED POOL seasonally.Always hot and ready HOT TUB are sure to please! Home has 2 car garage, fenced yard. We do not charge a fee to heat our pool unlike our competitors!

We have designed this home With your ultimate vacation experience in mind!
Our beds are often described by our guests as being “ the best I’ve ever slept on!” I would tend to agree I have the same mattress in my own home! Everything you would need is in the home.

✔️ KITCHEN- fully stocked. Stainless appliances and quartz counters . very long 10 foot island with 6 bar stools are a chefs dream to cook and entertain at the same time. This kitchen has everything you would need. Knives, silverware, pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, martini glasses, wine glasses, coffee, cups, tons of plates, dawn kitchen soap, hand, soap, kitchen sponge, tons of garbage bags, dishwashing pods under the sink. We provide Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Sugar, filters, creamer, herbal tea, saran wrap, foil, Ziploc bags, Tupperware. 12 cup traditional brew coffee maker.

✔️ BACKYARD- LARGE HEATED POOL , HOT TUB , pergola with lounge chairs, out door dinning table w chairs , fire pit with chairs , grill with propane attached and super chic market lights!

✔️BABY GEAR- our home has a pack and play and highchair available at all times free of charge.

✔️ GARAGE- 2 car garage with full sized washer and 2 full sized dryers. All beach / pool toys , beach coolers and beach chairs/ umbrellas are stored here . we have a spare propane tank for the grill in your garage

Commonly asked questions:
1. Pool is heated 80-85 degrees. From October 15 -April 15. We can not turn it up. Please do not book this home if that is not warm enough for your group. We do not charge an extra fee to heat the pool
Our yard is fenced in with white PVC 6 foot privacy fence. Pool is 3 ft shallow end and 6 feet at deep end. No diving allowed.
2. Check out is 10 am check in is 4 pm
3. We are located 3/4 mile to grocery store, banks, many restaurants, dollar general, gas stations, walsingham park, beaches.
4. We do not allow parties( if you are not sure what a party is contact me and we can discuss )
5 max capacity 8 guests at all times
6. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am daily
7. Closest beach is Indian rocks and Indian shores 3 -5 min drive

1 Woche Entspannung nach 2 1/2 Wochen Rundreise

Für die Entspannung war diese Unterkunft genial. Das Haus ist genau so, wie es die Beschreibung vorgibt, einfach ein Traum.. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, nochmals vielen lieben Dank Sandra. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Very convenient location less than 10 minutes from the beach! The owner was great with communication and made check in and check out very easy. The garage was full of helpful items for the beach (umbrellas, toys, etc) that made it easier for going with our kids.

Everything you need!

The house was exactly as described, so beautiful and modern inside. The owner thought of everything down to the smallest details. Only had to contact her a couple of times and they were because of our user error and she was super quick to respond. We only had to buy food, no need to buy any kitchen/bathroom items. She had everything. Tons of towels which was awesome since there were 5 of us. Washer was huge and there were two dryers which was super convenient. Tons of pool toys/beach gear. A quick drive to the beach! Pool and hot tub were fantastic and a great way to end the day if we were out all day. She left us a cute gift upon arrival which was a nice touch. A must stay in the area, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! A beautiful home!

Beautiful relaxing getaway

We started our larger family vacation at this home a few days earlier and we were so pleased! It was such a nice quiet beautiful place to start our week and half of relaxation away from Minnesota! Our host was so responsive not only before we booked, but throughout the time before we arrived, the day before and during the stay! She was so fast to respond and help us with any questions we had. She ensured we had all of the information prior to our arrival and had everything that we needed. The house was so well stocked with everything we could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms! The house was also decorated so well, it was such a welcoming place to stay. I would highly recommend this property as well as the host, she was fantastic! Great stay

We traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space, towels, and amenities. Location was close to the beach but kids actually asked to go back to the house and use the pool and hot tub more. Home was clean!!

Indian Shores Antilles Hot tub

Very beautiful place, wonderful atmosphere. Would have loved to have a hotter pool, but it was still too cold for us. Jacuzzi rocked! Needs small light fixed. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Fabulous Thanksgiving Week in Fl

This home is wonderful, and a great location for us near family in Seminole. The homeowner thought of everything; it has anything you could need and then some. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Nicely decorated and owner kept in touch often asking if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place

This house is so beautifully decorated. We were warmly greeted with a personalized welcome sign and a bottle of wine. The pool was perfect temperature. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and utensils We were very impressed and so comfortable Would stay here again!
