The space
This incredibly, fully updated, spacious home is the perfect retreat for large groups or families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, this home can comfortably accommodate up to TWENTYSIX (26). The interior has been meticulously designed with modern finishes and high-quality furnishings, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with cozy bedding to ensure a restful night`s sleep. The grand family bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you need for a refreshing shower or bath and is one of the standout features of this home that provides a spa-like retreat for guests to unwind and rejuvenate.

With over 3000 square feet of living space, this home provides ample room for everyone to spread out and relax. The living room is the perfect gathering spot, featuring a large 65-inch HDTV smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals, and there`s plenty of dining space to accommodate everyone. With so much to offer, this spacious home is the perfect choice for your next family vacation or group getaway.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-quality cooking essentials, dishes, flatware, serving platters, wine glasses, pots, and pans. Modern appliances include a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Ninja coffee maker with 10-cup ground coffee, single-serve functions, and hot water kettle.

Living room: 65” 4K smart HDTV, large leather sectional sofa, decorative faux fireplace, and direct access to the pool area with large sliding doors.

Pool : This home has a pool spa combo the spa will be heated year round and the pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is only offered October-April. (Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.) Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request. While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

Outdoors: Private fenced backyard, in-ground swimming pool and spa, lounge areas, poolside sun loungers, outdoor umbrella, fire pit area, and BBQ grill.

General: High-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning & heat, dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, umbrella, collapsible beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.
Guest access
GUEST ACCESS:
Access to the entire house, backyard, and pool. We’ll provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry, and dish detergent. We ask that guests provide their own supply of all food, drinks, and additional paper goods as needed depending on the length of your stay. Four available parking spaces on driveway. Please do not park on the lawn.

Other things to note
•The property has access to open water without a gate, which could potentially be a safety hazard for children. As a result, it is important for parents or guardians to always be present and attentive when their children are playing outside, especially near the water.

•You will have private use of the entire house and property, and we hope you feel right at home! Hosts maintain a supply closet that will remain locked.

•Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation reflects an accurate count. Reservations must be updated should that number change before arrival. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS TWENTYSIX (26). The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest`s maximum is exceeded.

•The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 25 years old. The host reserves the right to terminate the reservation if the primary booking party is under 25 years old or if the primary booking party is not present during the stay.

•For the protection of your belongings, we cannot accommodate luggage drop-off before check-in time. Thank you for understanding.

• In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days. The pool and spa can be heated, but under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater can keep the water at a temperature in the mid to high 80s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure.

•We’ll do our best to help if you forget something, but please check the house carefully before your departure, as the host and cleaning crew are not responsible for any items left behind.
