Kitchen: Stainless French door refrigerator w/ ice and water in the door, stainless stove/oven, stainless built-in microwave, stainless dishwasher, white granite countertops, both Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, blender and toaster oven. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Beautiful wooden dining table with four dining chairs and bench, providing seating for over 4 people, plus 2 barstools at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: Sofa and loveseat, easy chair, flat screen smart TV, coffee table, end tables, ceiling fan, sliding doors leading out to the private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with nightstands, dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV, sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the Intracoastal, and an ensuite bathroom.

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided, as well as starter toiletries, if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit provides 1 under building parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis, located at the front of the building by the road.
