Dieses einzigartige Haus verfügt über einen 12 x 23 großen privaten Pool und drei großzügige Veranden, die alle einen fantastischen Ausblick bieten, darunter Ausblicke auf den Süden und Westen der Goldenen Inseln - Jekyll und die legendäre Barriere von Cumberland. Das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer, die Küche und das Hauptschlafzimmer bieten alle einen fantastischen Meerblick und luftige 10-Zoll-Decken. Der Meister befindet sich im ersten Stock, versteckt in der südöstlichen Ecke des Hauses, mit einem eigenen schönen Blick über die Veranda, einem Kingsize-Bett, zwei begehbaren Kleiderschränken und einem großen, renovierten Bad mit neuer Luftdusche und Dusche. Plus Holzfußböden und luftigen 10 'Decken! Die schöne hintere Veranda, wo Sie beim Morgenkaffee und beim Essen den Meerblick genießen möchten, blickt auf den privaten Pool. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei charmante Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, die alle zum Meer hinausgehen: Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Fernseher mit DVD-Player und riesige Schränke. Das Schlafzimmer im Südwesten verfügt über eine Königin, ein eigenes Bad, einen Schreibtisch, eine Sitzbank und einen bequemen Drehstuhl, um Konversation, Lesen und Beobachten des Ozeans zu erleichtern. Die südöstliche Ecke hat Etagenbetten mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa und teilt sich ein Bad im Flur mit dem verträumten, meerblauen mittleren Schlafzimmer, das über eine Queen verfügt, und Glastüren, die direkt zum oberen Veranda-Deck führen. The house is expensive to rent but due to those facts, we continue to rent. We do believe it could benefit from a few updates or changes. here are some of our recommendations:The shower in the upstairs southernmost bedroom bathroom does not drain, I think we mentioned this last year but this year it was even worse. You take a shower and end up in ankle deep water that does not drain. The pool was rather dirty when we got there and was not serviced during our week long stay. The downstairs rec room really has a mildew type odor. We tried to run the AC down there but it did not really help. Overall, I think the cottage could use some updating in furniture, new pillows, and kitchen counter tops. A Kuerig coffee maker in the kitchen would be nice also. Would love to see the owner get an updated tv for the family room and possibly move it for better viewing (over the mantle would be perfect).

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Gift! Beautiful home! Closer to the beach than we expected! Communication with the property manager was great! House was clean and well equipped, other than needing more towels. Wonderful experience overall and we hope to return!
