Willkommen im Blue Skies Cottage! Dieses vor kurzem umgebaute SĂŒdinsel-StrandhĂ€uschen befindet sich in einem von St. Simons bestgehĂŒtete geheime Viertel von Kings Terrace. Weniger als eine Meile vom beliebten St. Simons Pier Village Area und die StrĂ€nde, das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer mit mehreren Wohnbereichen sowohl drinnen als auch draußen, damit die GĂ€ste es genießen können! Sobald Sie das Haus durch die EingangstĂŒr betreten, werden Sie den offenen Grundriss des Wohnzimmers, des vorderen Wohnzimmers und der KĂŒche, die sich alle öffnen, bemerken. Die KĂŒche ist der Ort, an dem sich die GĂ€ste an der Inselbar treffen können, und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Kochen mit hochwertigen GerĂ€ten. Das hintere Wohnzimmer ist ein weiterer Ort, an dem sich die GĂ€ste versammeln können, um einen Film anzusehen oder das Spiel auf dem großen HD-TV mit U-Verse-Kabel zu sehen. Vom hinteren Wohnzimmer aus gelangen die GĂ€ste in die riesige Veranda mit gewölbten Balken, einem Gaskamin, Sitzgelegenheiten fĂŒr fĂŒnf Personen auf dem Sofa und StĂŒhlen sowie einem großen Esstisch fĂŒr sechs Personen. Der große, eingezĂ€unte Garten ist professionell gestaltet und bietet viel Platz fĂŒr die GĂ€ste, um die Natur zu genießen, sowie eine Feuerstelle fĂŒr das kĂŒhlere St. Simons Abende im Herbst und Winter. Das ĂŒbergroße Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett und einen HD-TV. Die Master-Suite verfĂŒgt außerdem ĂŒber ein Master-Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. We had a wonderful stay at this Blue Skies Cottage! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect and just a short drive to the beach, the lighthouse, and great restaurants.The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out effortless. We especially loved the cozy outdoor space and all the thoughtful touches throughout the house.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Simons Island!

We took a cousins trip to Georgia and spent four nights in the Blue Skies Cottage. Communication was good. The cottage was incredible, just as pictured. The enclosed porch was awesome, and the larger tv room was perfect for our movie night on the smart tv. The kitchen was very functional, and the bedrooms and bathroom were vey good. The location and neighborhood were awesome, and all of our destinations were only minutes away. Top notch experience!

The house was fine. Very charming and shabby chic decor. The neighborhood was a disappointment. Very close to the airport which handled private jets. The noise was fairly often and very close. The street was packed with trucks. Across from the house a resident was building a swimming pool. Earth, movers and trucks going back-and-forth created a lot of noise in addition to thr air traffic . We really couldn’t use the bikes we rented with the streets being obstructed with many trucks. Description of the house should include the fact that it’s very close to a busy airport.

We loved it. Great proximity to both the beach and shops. We did have an issue with the AC, but the manager was very responsive and got it fixed right away. One thing of note is that the house itself did have chairs and umbrellas in the shed that were available for use. So, depending on the size of your party, it may make more sense to use the equipment voucher for something other than that. I’d love to book again!

We absolutely LOVED the house! It was perfect for 5 of us! It was spotless upon our arrival and they provided everything you needed until you could get to the grocery store. The screened in back porch was AMAZING! The landscaping was immaculate. The location is a short walk or car ride to the beach. The property management company was a 20 out of 10! They are prompt, caring and you can tell they want your vacation to be perfect. I can’t brag on them enough so I’ll just say out of all the properties I’ve rented, they were hands down the BEST! If we come back to this area again we will definitely stay at Blue Skies. There were a few little things that were not in working order but they messaged us and called us to make sure we knew about them and to see if it was an issue. Lighting had damaged the oven but they provided something for us to use until it was fixed. They had it fixed within a couple of days! The communication was excellent! Highly recommend Blue Skies and Limar Properties!

Peaceful and relaxing

Blue Skies Cottage was a beautiful, very will appointed home. We enjoyed biking the island and relaxing on the beautiful back porch. Very large and private backyard. This house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay

This house was great for my family (4 adults, 2 couples). Neighborhood is very quiet except for the rare plane from the airport behind the property. The large screened in porch, deep backyard, and kitchen made gathering easy. Kitchen had everything needed to make multiple meals. Two different living rooms (front and back) made it so we would have our own spaces, too. One thing that was not clear on the photos is that the main bedroom with connected bathroom is off the rear living room. The second (queen bed) and third bedrooms (bunk beds) are off the kitchen in their own little hallway to the bathroom. Very relaxing and comfortable home!

PERFECT!

I have a couple of criteria when looking for a vacation place: a bathtub and a screened porch. This property has TWO tubs, including a jetted one in the master, which is one of the best I've ever enjoyed. The "regular" tub in the hall bath was comfortable and roomy, perfect for a nice soak. The screened porch was probably my favorite of anywhere we've stayed, with furniture for dining and reading/relaxing/napping. Location was convenient for all we wanted to do, kitchen was well equipped, master bed and pillows were comfy...and this was our first place with a firepit, which spoiled us! This house has everything we needed and wanted, and we look forward to a return visit.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was the perfect size. Loved the screened in porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very short drive to the beach and a short bike ride to town. Would definitely stay again.

Cute cottage but Hot

The house was a cute cottage and in a great neighborhood. We actually loved the house itself but the AC doesn’t work that well and the kitchen is not insulated, so it made cooking in the kitchen impossible because it got so hot. Cooked one night and ate out the rest of the time. I will say that we called the property managers and they quickly brought in 2 portable AC units that quickly cooled the house, except it still didn’t cool the kitchen when cooking. The only reason I would give it a 3 star rating is because of the AC. Other than that it was great.

The perfect stay for our family of 5!

The pictures do not do this property justice! So full of charm! The house provided ample room for our family of 5 to enjoy dinners in each night, breakfast on the screened porch and fun activities in the backyard. We brought our bikes and loved how bike-able the neighborhood was with an easy trip to the pier or the beach. This house was exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy our family beach vacation. The property management was super communicative and the home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids agree that we will be coming back to this home next year!

Perfect house in an excellent location!

We stayed at the Blue Skies Cottage for a long weekend with friends. The house was perfect for our group! It was located so close to everything we needed and the back porch was incredible! The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped and the living rooms were very comfortable as well!
