THE SPACE
You will enter through the Coral Doors onto the front porch/deck and proceed to the entry of the home. Upon entry you are in an open living space with the dining area on the left with seating for 10-guests, Beyond the dining room is a nicely stocked kitchen, with some extras. Owner has suppled a single serve and drip coffee maker, Bullet blender, Waffle Iron, 2-slice toaster, roasting pot and air fryer. From the front door you are in the family room with a large Roku TV.
Off the kitchen area and down the short hall to the garage is a half bathroom and laundry room with a sink.

Step outside the side door of the garage is a shower with hot and cold water.
Master bedroom is located off the family room and adjoins a bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower. (sleeps 2)

Upstairs to the right is a queen size bed located in the loft area. (sleeps 2). There is a shared bathroom to the bunk room with a tub/shower. The bunk room has a full size bed (sleeps 2) and bunk bed with a single bed on top (sleeps 1) and a full size bed on the bottom (sleeps 2).

Across the hall is a king size bedroom (sleeps 2) with an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
From the family room on the main level you enter the screened in porch with additional dining, a bar area, and a comfortable relaxation area with a Roku TV.

As you pass through the screened in porch area you have an entry to the attached guest suites. On the main level is a queen bedroom (sleeps 2) and adjoins a bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs is king bedroom (sleeps 2) and adjoins a bathroom with tub/shower.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $100/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
