Snowbird Special – 1 Block from Beach

Welcome to Coastal Charm, a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 4-bath coastal townhome in the heart of St. Simons Island. With an open floor plan, modern amenities, and a prime location just steps from the beach, this home is perfect for families, friends, or multi-generational trips.

The townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a supply of coffee, creamer, and sugar. The dining area seats six, and the living room offers ample seating plus a pull-out sofa for extra guests. Step outside to the back porch with a barbecue grill for relaxing evenings.

Sleeping arrangements include:
First Floor: King bedroom with living area and pull-out sofa
Second Floor: Primary King bedroom and Queen guest room, both with ensuite baths
Fourth Floor: Full bed guest room with ensuite bath

All bathrooms come with blow dryers. Two beds are sleeper sofas, and the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults.

Please note: There are 3 sets of stairs in the home; there is no elevator.
