THE SPACE
Sea Renity will be your favorite home away from home destination. Nestled in the quaint neighborhood of East Beach, you are only a block and a 1/2 to the beach at the 12th street entrance and only a few steps away from watching the picturesque views of the sunset over the marshes on Ocean Drive. You are also only 3 blocks away from the popular Gould's Inlet entrance to the beach!

This traditional St. Simons Beach Cottage was completely renovated (inside and out) in the Spring of 2022. No detail has been overlooked and has been thoughtfully planned around your vacation pleasure!!

Cottage Layout:

Enter the home from the quaint front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and enjoy the vibe of East Beach.
The front door takes you into a huge family room with a large screen HDTV and dining area open to the completely updated Kitchen.
The master bedroom includes a king bed with adjoining master bathroom and French doors opening up to the expansive backyard with heated pool. It includes a HDTV.
The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a twin daybed with trundle. It includes a HDTV.
The third bedroom is an adorable sleeping porch with 2 twin size beds.
The guest bedroom and sleeping porch room share a very large hall bathroom with a full shower.

A guest's favorite is the screened in sunroom off the kitchen with large screen HDTV, nestled under a majestic 200 year old Live Oak Tree. From here you can access the outdoor grilling porch with Weber gas grill and pathway to the pool deck.

The pool has an option to be heated and is nestled in a very large shaded backyard and completed with comfortable pool furniture for your enjoyment. (see details below about pool heat option) The pool size is 12 X 22.

There are plenty of parking spaces and 3 cars are allowed.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $200 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
