THE SPACE
This home has it all, featuring a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, wet bar with wine cooler, Bose surround sound system, spacious screened porch with fireplace, outdoor shower and a meticulously maintained private courtyard.

Walk through the French style front doors of this adorable home and you will feel as though you are immediately on Island Time. The large living room with 10’ ceilings is the perfect location in this home for guest to relax and watch the game on the 65” flat screen Smart T.V. Adjacent to the living room is a wonderful flex room which features a full guest bath and closet. It is the perfect space for sitting back and relaxing with a book or playing games.

The living room also leads to the comfortable dining room which features a dining table with seating for six and a wet bar with a wine cooler. Walk through the dining room and you will find yourself ready to cook up something savory in this gourmet kitchen. This Chefs kitchen has a 6-burner Wolf range, a sub-zero refrigerator and two additional drink coolers in the Island that seats 3 guest.

Connected to the kitchen through the back door is a large screened porch with an extra dining table for six as well as an outdoor living space with seating around a large fireplace. Want to rinse off after a day at the beach? The private outdoor shower is the perfect place to clean up before heading inside. The back outdoor courtyard is the perfect private escape for guest to enjoy their morning coffee or evening cocktails while grilling the fresh catch of the day on the custom built-in grill.

Also located on the first floor is the master suite that has a king size bed, T.V. and a large well appointed master bathroom. This spacious bathroom features a double vanity, a large separate shower and a oversized free standing tub to relax after a long day of exploring St. Simons Island.

Upstairs, guest will find an additional den space with a large Smart T.V., laundry room and two adjacent oversized bedrooms. The first upstairs guest bedroom features a king bed and it’s own en-suite full bath with a shower. The second guest bedroom is also spacious and features a king bed and full en-suite bathroom.

Anastasia’s Burrow is the perfect beach escape for its guest to really enjoy “Island Life” in the heart of St. Simons Island.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
