The master has a 42" smart TV and en suite featuring a garden tub and walk in shower. The first guest room also has a 32" smart Tv and also has an en suite with a tub/shower combination. The second guest room features two twin beds and has a 32" smart TV. There is a full bathroom just out side of the twin room with a tub/shower combination.

The adjoining marina has casual/fine dining for lunch and dinner -- not to mention a generous happy hour! -- with outdoor seating overlooking the water. Many activities are available at the marina including boat rentals and fishing. The heart of St. Simons is just around the corner, with the Pier Village a 5-minute drive away and the main beach just beyond that, only 3.5 miles from the condo. Great opportunities for walking, biking, and exploring abound!

What to Expect in your unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets), hair dryers, fully equipped kitchen, along with a starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
