John was easy to work with and the location was great - close to everything. Lighting needed attention, particularly in the kitchen area. The on location host (Tanji) was very helpful . She offered to store our luggage during the day we transferred to a smaller unit for the second part of our stay after family left. The upstairs bedroom is very nice but generally the unit could use some updating and basic decorating - for example, adding wall art and other decor to make it more attractive and comfortable (hooks for towels, etc). We enjoyed having a new grill. I recommend the unit for its great access to the beach and pool area. Cowpet West is very close to Redhook and the ferry to St. John.

The pool area was dirty- cat poop on the edge of the pool in multiple places on multiple days. There was no direct access to the pool from our building - we had to walk through muddy grass and around the outside of the pool to get to the gate. The water/ ocean was dirty black water making the beach infront of the condo unusable. Multiple things didn’t work or were broken in the condo- but it didn’t disrupt our stay.

Location! Location! Location!I cannot get over how convenient and beautiful this place is. Providing a beautiful view of the pool And beach. Not to mention all the amenities inside the condo and the surrounding area. From necessary basics such as updated functioning appliances down to some thoughtful details like extra sun screen, aloe vera gel tha the cleaning staf made sure to leave out for us, even a pack and play for little ones. To the wonderful activities right outside like the pool, beach, water sports like jet ski rental and some restaurants all within steps from the door. This place is very well maintained and convenient. If you're planning a trip to the island I would absolutely recommend this place because you dont need to go far to have a great time and the owner and property manager are very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

This townhouse is in need of some maintenance, and while these things (broken doors, missing wheels on dishwasher rack, yucky walls/grout) didn't negatively impact our stay all that much, it was discouraging for the price we paid for this unit. Upon arrival, the maintenance man yelled out our lock code from the parking lot as I was trying to locate the unit. The gate to this community was never shut/locked, nor guarded. There was never anyone present to turn in our guest registration form. 2 prior guests had left their forms on the table, so we had access to their personal information. Previous guests had also left their instructions on the dining room table and it quickly became apparent that the lock code NEVER changes. Day 2, we arrived back to our unit to find our door was unlocked; and we double checked that it was locked when we left. 9:15 PM that night, a couple knocked on our door and informed us that they had been inside of our unit earlier that day and were looking for a bag they had misplaced. They said they were actually staying in the unit next door but had been given the code to our place first; said they left when they realized people were already staying there. When I messaged John, he semi-accused us of having let them in then claimed it was probably just the previous guests. We know for a fact that it was not. But this goes back to the fact that the lock code is NEVER changed, which is a HUGE SECURITY CONCERN! There's also no locks on the balcony doors.

The drive from the airport was terrifying and arriving at the townhouse was great. The views were beautiful and the access to the beach was terrific. We spent our first day there and it was the perfect start to our vacation. Sangria's right near was a great bonus!

Great CLEAN beach and pool.

We stayed for 6 nights in late June early July. We had a good experience. Plenty of beach and pool towels and some pool and beach toys like snorkels and masks. Everything was pretty clean and stayed cool when staying in for the night with the A/C on. The rental vehicle helped a lot to get around on the island and ran well and was very clean. Overall a great place to stay, would go back for sure.

Mother's Day in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in St. Thomas. The location was just steps away from the pool, beach, and two excellent restaurants, which was super convenient. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were cozy. Quite a few cats are roaming the property. We rented a car from the airport, which was about a 30-minute drive, and it was more affordable than taking taxis throughout the trip. The grocery store was only 5-8 minutes away, and the ferry to St. John was just as close, perfect for our planned excursions. There was a brief issue with the water one day, but the property manager was very responsive. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. This was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, and we'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful getaway in St. Thomas.

Quiet resort and lots of fun!

We enjoyed our stay on St. Thomas and liked the location close to Red Hook for restaurants and shops. Hardly anyone was at the resort so we pretty much had the beach and pool to ourselves. Plenty of space in the condo to stretch out. We would stay again!

Lovely Stay in Cowpet Bay

Our family visited this property in observance of Spring Break and it did not disappoint! The condo is perfectly situated and accommodated multiple generations with ease. The view is amazing with both the beach and pool being only steps away from the unit. The owner was more than helpful and a breeze to work with. We checked out wishing we could stay just one more day. We will be back!

Poor experience, not worth the and would not stay here again

I recently stayed here with my family, the description is not close to reality. Having spent over 7,000 on this property for 6 days, I couldn't believe it's poor condition. At best, 2/10 and that's if the ceiling didn't leak on the beds, the furnitire wasn't broken, and the condo was properly cleaned before checking in.Issues that we documented included: Ceilings leaked onto beds in one of the lower bedrooms multiple times from rain and AC condensate, maintenance attempted to resolve but even after standing rain runoff was cleared from the upper patio, the ceiling continued leaking into bedroom; chair in lower bedroom broken/not assembled; bed frames in lower rooms wobbled and were not assembled properly; multiple sliding doors broken/unusable (upstairs bedroom, upstairs bathroom/walkout shower) locks on sliding doors were either broken or non-existent; bathrooms dirty upon arrival (medicine cabinets were dirty, Cleaners were still cleaning at 530 PM when we arrived), upstairs clothes dresser broken upon check in; standing water from AC on upper deck/patio and not draining properly, told by maintenance to "sweep it"; dog/cat feces upper patio upon arriving; light fixtures with no extension cords to connect them to outlets; upstairs bathroom sink at my knee level; "outdoor shower" unusable due to doors not working, rusty/old lawn chairs, dirty mop at entrance to condo, dozens of stray cats all over. Not worth the , stay somewhere nicer while you're in paradise.

Excellent place to stay!

Property great, actually 40 steps to the beach and pool. Pool is fabulous, beach id quaint and perfect. Ate at the Caribbean Seafood restaurant, twice. Delicious, great service. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. Plenty of everything. Host, answered my text within minutes. Perfect trip!

Better than a hotel for our trip

A group of co-workers came to St. Thomas to meet with clients in the area. Renting a condo was a better option than a hotel because we could have meals there and there were plenty of meeting spaces.
